Turns out I probably need a New machine instead of a repair. That is based on the age of the machine and leak issue. Steve spent nearly 20 Minutes on the phone with me helping me troubleshoot and diagnose the issue. I have not experienced many appliance repair folks who will spend that amount of time helping someone- knowing that they might not even need his services.
