I fixed it, but wanted to let them know that their work was defective. my brother-in-law also noted the problem. so i called and spoke with Tim (manager?), who informed me they tested it 3 times and it was in working order when i picked it up. then he said that i had to have damaged the mower AFTER i picked it up. i have no bones to grind with the business or manager, but to be essentially called a liar is unacceptable. to be told that it i broke it in transport - that a cotter pin fell out on its own during transport - and that since i broke it the repair was my responsibility - is not how i want to be treated as a customer. then he hung up. find another repair shop that treats the customer with respect.

When we got home and unloaded the bandsaw, we noticed that the table was damaged as if someone took a grinder to it, the broken handle that was called out wat NOT replaced, a missing blade guide set screw was gone, blade teeth were damaged because they installed the blade outside of the blade channel, and the lower thrust guide screw was missing. I called today and told them I wanted my money back because we were charged for a service without our consent (they never called to tell us that work was being done that would cost us money) and because of the issues I've described above.
