The next day we called to find our why our car wasnt where they told us it would be goin the owner proceed to tell us that it was our fault and if we wanted it taken to jocoys we would then have to pay additional mileage. They just wanted the storage fees from the insurance company. They aren't actually about helping anyone but themselves. And its sad they have to lie to you to make money. Not n honest company at all. And they dont respond to 1 star reviews only the good ones. The owner of this company is a liar and cant be trusted.
