I called to see if they had two parts for a truck. They told me yes. The next day I drove an hour to get there(I called first to confirm) and when I arrived the parts they had were broken. I could of used the one part still but since it was broken I didn't want to pay full price. The lady in the office said oh I can't negotiate with pricing I have to call the owner. So I waited 25 minutes for her to contact the owner and he never answered or responded. The part was $15 at full price, I offered to pay $10 since it was broken. read more

I had a car that needed to be scrapped and called numerous scrap yards in the area for quotes. After receiving quotes for five different places I decided to go with the highest quoted price. Dave's quoted me $200-$300 if they picked it up. They were at least $50 higher than every other quoted price so I obviously went with them. They picked up the car and two days later I brought the title to get paid. The man in the caged trailer hands me $100 cash and says they never quoted me the price I was originally quoted and then slams the window shut to put him behind his protective bars! No wonder he needs them. $100 was lower than the lowest quote I received!! I obviously would give my car to the lowest bidder!!!
