This is a classic restaurant where you should plan to come hungry and leave feeling satisfied The owners are walking around and making sure all the guests are well attended At the end of the night they bring the check and some dice If you pick the right number dinner is on the house!! Fun....but we were 1 off Good for a laugh

I really enjoyed my meal at this restaurant and hope to return for my next trip to NY as I live in Las Vegas. Our waiters name was Emilio. He was very attentive and kind and took several pictures for us then I didn't catch his name one of the owners spoke to us and was also very nice and I told him we were celebrating my daughter's graduation and that I don't live here and where I live and he gave us a limoncello to celebrate which was really nice and the food was excellent. A few minutes later another one of the I believe he was an Owner also walked by and greeted us as well. I posted some photos below and I will definitely return on my next trip to New York and highly recommend this restaurant. The red sauce is really good. The eggplant rolletini was delicious and I enjoyed my pasta Fagioli soup and next time I want to try the Escarole and beans one. Also, the restaurant was decorated beautifully for the holidays.

Came here to celebrate my birthday a couple of weeks ago. Service was a little odd. The waiter kind of stood over us while we looked at the menus. I asked to see the cocktail list and he asked if I wanted him to recite it for me which I guess is nice? Idk I need to read things. The food was ok. I got the pasta with artichokes and pancetta but I didn't notice any pancetta. I don't know that I'd be back honestly. It wasn't bad but there's better Italian out there

Located at the bottom of Coney Island. Great food n great service. Lucky to get a reservation last minute on a summer Sunday. This place has been here a long time I remember coming here a while ago. Same Classy old fashion decor. The waiter Willie gave us a tour of the banquet hall in the back! I wish I had s as b occasion to throw a party! Chicken Scarpariello portion is huge!

Came here for restaurant week summer 2022. Great choice for $45 lunch (and dinner). However all 6 of us decided to go with their regular menu Beautiful room. I grew up in coney and used to eat there a lot before it was renovated Patient nice waiter (he had to deal with 6 indecisive women). Rigatoni bolognese was delicious. Great sauce Caesar salad was good I had shrimp parm. Not the biggest portion but it was sufficient. Baked clams were small but good (a bit too salty) A beautiful side (for the table) of veggies and potato croquettes. Stop to look at the black and white pics on your way to the restrooms. Free parking lot right next door to restaurant. Forget about parking on the street. There's major construction going on all around the area.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday here. My family used this venue before for a wedding…read moreafter party which led me to using the space again. Although I had a beautiful and enjoyable event, there were some cons that led me to rating my experience only with 3 stars. Being that the event was during the summer, between the humidity outside, dancing and the amount of people at the party (the venue was not over capacity by any means, for reference), it was extremely hot in the venue even though the ac was on (I was later told one of the Ac units were not working, after the two people I had setting up did inform the staff and they said the unit was in fact working when it wasn't) This also caused the floor to be very slippery which caused a few of my guests to fall just from walking around (a huge liability) I requested for this to be a stand up event but at the last minute, I was told the venue is given as is (tables out, chairs out etc.) and storage for the other furniture can not be requested last minute. The owner realized that I did mention the event would be a stand up event prior to the month of the event. The effort was made to remove some of the tables and chairs but upon arrival there were still some stacks of chairs in the corner. Although it was not a issue for me, it was brought to my attention by a few of my guests and I just wish the original request to have only a few chairs out, was able to be fulfilled. Lastly, I rented a cotton candy machine to use but unfortunately, once it was plugged in, the music turned off because supposedly too many things were plugged in on the same side of the venue so I was not able to use the machine, and it was a waste of money that could've been allocated to something else. On the other hand, there were a lot more pros. For one, the layout of the venue is perfect for a party. There is enough space for guests to move around without feeling like a pack of sardines. There was an attendant there for the later half of the booking and he was quick on his feet. When the power went out, he was able to get it back on within 5 minutes or so and also, when there was spill, he quickly got the mop for us upon request. The venue is very clean (the white walls are pure white). There is also a bar area and space at the front of the venue where food and drinks can be separate from the actual party. Lastly, although there was some miscommunication about minor details for the party, the owner of the venue was very responsive, kind, respectful and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I even was supposed to depart the venue exactly at 1 am in order to receive my security deposit back but I left at 1:11 am because one of the vendors did not come and pick up their equipment but we still cleaned up the venue and my security deposit was sent back to me by that morning and I do appreciate that very much. Overall, this is a great space to have your event. The location is easily accessible and it is very affordable for 8 hours of use. Just be sure that the inconveniences I mentioned will be resolved prior to booking your event.

It was easy to plan since they catered the food. I also bought extra food and alcohol to bring there and they had no problem with it. The ONLY issue i had was the lighting of the place. They had pinkish warm lighting and most of my pictures came out terrible because it wasn't bright enough. I did email previously and ask if we were able to make the place brighter and she said it was no problem. But the day of the party I was so busy hosting and attending to party goers that I didn't remind them to fix the lighting for me. I didn't think it would be that bad but looking back at pictures now, it's pretty bad. Group pictures are a bit blurry and our skin looks dark from the pink hue. I recommend hosting a party here but maybe ask them to fix the lighting and make it brighter, and turn off the pink hues

The staff member on hand throughout our party stepped up when tech assistance was needed, when we wanted to adjust the temperature in the room, and when we called an audible to reorganize a part of the room. Having someone present throughout the night turned out to be very handy. Leading up to the big day Caitlin was very clear, communicative, easy going, and understanding. She provided helpful suggestions for us regarding where the DJ and bar should be set up and how much room we should leave for the dance floor. They charge per chair if you want them to decorate for you, and she was super relaxed about when we could tell her how many chairs we'd need. The flexibility the space offers is one of the biggest pros of having your party here. While most event halls would require you to work with a specific food vendor, we were free to bring our own food. This was great for us since we wanted to have a multitude of cuisines present. We were also allowed to come in early to add our own decorations to the space, truly customizing our party to make it look really special. While I initially thought it was a pretty remote and sleepy neighborhood to have a party in, lots of nearby restaurants, a party supply store and dollar store made the venue very well situated for our needs. So happy we went with Eventure to host our party!

She made herself accessible to any question via text leading up to the event and the two staff that helped us with the set up were very kind. I had 17 kids and 24 adults and the space fit them all comfortably. The adults were able to sit in the area outside the party room and eat while peaking over the half wall to check on their kids. The kids had pizza, fries, and honest juice. I love that the package came with cupcakes for the kids too. If you want outside food, there is a $85 fee so we just opted to order catering through them and had zero regrets. Everyone raved how good the food was (spinach pie, penne a la vodka, buffalo wings, and pork slouvaki). Turned out I over ordered and there were left overs. Probably only needed one full tray each instead of two pork slouvaki trays. The only downsides were their no refund policy for no-shows and they should of had a bigger coffee dispenser so the adults didn't have to wait for it. Now I've hit the point of no return because I'm parked and here at the counter with my son yanking on the gate to get inside. There is really ZERO supervision here; I still have no idea who works here and who doesn't since no one has a name tag or a shirt on to tell the difference. Kids are running around, eating donuts in the ball pit, and screaming. You must watch your kids at your own risk. Yes, I understand it was a rainy day, but can you enforce some rules? My son likes it here because the music isn't "too loud" and he's right about that, but most of the toys are broken, old, or missing pieces. Can't even imagine when they cleaned down all the toys last; this place is showing its age.

Ambiance: The restaurant is big and spacious; seating is comfortable. There are tables and booths that can accommodate both small and large groups. The restaurant is kept clean, and the decor is very nice. During the warmer months, there's outdoor seating in Mongolian-style tents on the patio that overlooks Surf Avenue and Luna Park.
