We've been working with them and their insurance since and Jay Wolfe was on the list of approved body shops for their insurance company. Previously I'd worked with one other body shop in the metro and I felt that whole process to be a bit confusing and difficult to maneuver as someone that doesn't often find myself in the situation of needing body work done on a car. Because of that I'd kind of been dragging my feet thinking it would take a lot of time and energy on my end to get this all fixed. Turns out I was pretty wrong on that end. I filled out the form on the Jay Wolfe website and within around 10-15 minutes they gave me a call and walked me through the whole process, reassuring me there would be very little I'd have to do in terms of connecting with insurance from this point. I was able to come in for a consult just a few days later, they were expecting me. The person I worked with took photos, gathered the claim number and took it from there. I had a rental call scheduled by the end of the day for body work to begin the following week. They did tell me it will take a few weeks on the repair, so I'll update this review if things change, but so far I've been impressed with how they've handled things.

We drove out to PK not only did they get all the important things, they also pulled our plate for us, which sometimes get lost in or on the way to lot. They are very responsive and nice people. He was rude to my young daughter and very rude to me when he arrived with the car at my house. I was a little surprised because the folks back at the shop that I have done business with were always very easy to deal with. I called the dispatcher to find out why he was demanding payment rather than billing through my insurance Roadside Assistance. Ironically, our house was actually on the way back to the shop and even closer than to the shop. I was told that I had to pay him because the shop could not take payment. Then I was charged a 6% fee for using a card. I will not ever use or recommend this tow service. I will have to rethink using the shop as well if this is the way they do business. I have never had service like this from any other tow company. Horrible experience.
