Staff are okay but they move very slow. They work on multiple ppl at one time, leaving you waiting to proceed with the next exercise.

What stands out most is the individualized approach to care. I work in the health and wellness field myself, so I really value providers who take the time to educate patients, explain the "why" behind treatment, and focus on long-term prevention instead of quick fixes. I never felt like I was getting a one-size-fits-all plan. Highly recommend for anyone looking for thoughtful, customized rehab care.

He actually takes the time to listen, ask good questions, and figure out what's really going on instead of just rushing into treatment. What I appreciated most is that nothing felt generic. Every session had a clear purpose, and I always left with something practical I could do on my own. He explains things in a way that makes sense (no confusing jargon), and you can tell he really knows his stuff without needing to make it complicated. The mix of hands-on work and exercises helped me start noticing real improvement sooner than I expected. Overall, just a solid, trustworthy place if you're trying to recover or move better without guessing your way through it.

This is a long overdue review!…read more I came to REPS Physical Therapy after my previous PT clinic was no longer in-network with United. I scheduled an appointment for a left chest muscle strain caused by an excessive bench press/chest workout, and I want to give a huge shout-out to Dr. Sam Coit and the physical therapy aide, Serena. Dr. Sam Coit is incredibly professional, attentive, and has a wonderful bedside manner. He combines multiple techniques, ranging from massaging and scraping to stretching the problematic area. More importantly, he is highly flexible! In one session, I mentioned that I had tennis elbow, and he addressed it immediately without needing a formal "re-evaluation" or turning me down just because it wasn't my primary complaint. Overall, he is a fantastic physical therapist. Serena is another attentive and wonderful physical therapy aide. She truly pays attention to your every move, rather than just telling you what exercise to do and walking away. Overall, highly recommended!!! Unfortunately, my insurance is now changing from United to Anthem, and REPS is not currently in-network with them. Please get in-network with Anthem so I can come back!

I couldn't lift my leg without sharp pain, and something as basic as tucking myself into bed by lifting the blanket with my right leg was a struggle. I was referred here and started working with Dr. Diego Kim, and it honestly made a huge difference. From the beginning, he took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my knee. Instead of just treating the pain, he helped me understand how my knee was compensating for weaker areas in my body, which was something I had never considered before. Treatment included hands-on work like working through tightness in my thighs and hip flexors, along with targeted exercises. The process required consistency, during the sessions and exercises I was assigned to do on my own, but it absolutely paid off. Thanks to his approach and guidance, I made a full recovery! Beyond just fixing my knee, he really opened my eyes to how the body works as a whole and the importance of strengthening all areas, not just the ones that hurt. I highly recommend REP's PT, especially if you're dealing with a lingering injury and want to actually understand and fix the root cause, not just the symptoms.

In my initial consultation the doctor was so nice, helpful and listened to my concerns about my ankle. When I first came in I was still walking with a limp and a crutch. I didn't just want to walk well; I wanted to be able to return to my active lifestyle. I was referred to Dr. Brandon King and he had me back to playing volleyball at a moderate level by January 2018! People were astonished that I was walking so well let alone already back to some physical activity! Dr. King worked with me where I was at, set goals for my rehabilitation, created a custom exercise plan for me and encouraged me along my journey back to wellness! He seemed genuinely concerned with my health and recovery. Dr. King, the other doctors and staff and warm, friendly and naturally patient centered. The office and equipment are clean, organized, well taken care of and they have newer equipment that really helped my ankle and improved my physical abilities. They are simply the best here! If you want to get your old lifestyle back then this is the place to come! I'm happy to report that I'm back to playing sports and working out at a higher activity level now!

Torrance Memorial provided me a list of 8 facilities in the South bay area to choose from. I started going to visit them one by one. On my journey, Kei-Ai stood out from the rest in terms of cleanliness, appearance and Leadership Team. I met with the Admissions Director, Cintya, for a tour. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. Upon my Aunts arrival, I was able to speak with Jeff Tabor, the Administrator. Jeff was great, very personable and took the time to speak with me about my Aunt's care and answer my additional questions as well. April, the Director of Social Services, was also very helpful in guiding me and answering questions regarding DPSS. Since my Aunt has been there, I am impressed with the Nurses and CNAs and the attention that my Aunt is receiving. My Aunt has Dementia so it is critical for her to be in a caring environment and her needs are being met. The rehab has been going well and she is progressing!
