John the Mgr in Brick promised me the 4th delivery date which never happened. Doug the Mgr in monmouth junction warehouse and Julio in the Suferin ny warehouse were the ones that finally figured out the issue and finally got my piece sent to me. I stopped in once at the beginning of the season when I decided I wanted my own little patio garden. I was on the hunt for a very specific size of coconut liner and finally found it here - already a big win. On top of the hanging basket liner, I found a few plants flowers to add to my already found haul and some veggie and herb plants as well. The space is massive, so come when you have some time to bop around and take it all in. The plants were all on the more expensive side, so I didn't go too crazy, but we are already a few months in and everything is thriving and growing very well. I stopped by on a very rainy Saturday at the start of the summer and even with the downpour, it was busy. The parking lot was a bit hectic, but I can't imagine what it looks like on a sunny day! They didn't care about one bit about this happening and were very rude. The selection is never great so finding another tree wasn't an option. There are many other farms with way better trees and customer service. Sad this happened and will not be back. They need to inform their employees about procedures instead of blaming the customers.

Richards quickly came to access the damage and quickly installed a replacement TV as well as payed for my painter's fee to repair the wall.
