Had a custom shed built with sliding glass Doors. Sent it to me with frame bent. Called them as soon as it was delivered and told them the problem.And they blew me off for weeks. Eight months later I had to take them the court and won... The worst customer service and they don't stand behind their product buyer beware ... I had a very positive experience with all the people from SHED WORLD. Andrea was very helpful in helping us choose our shed. She kept us up to date with the progress and when people were going to arrive to prepare for the delivering . Dave had a challenge in digging up a fence post to remove to make room for the delivery but he got it done. Dan operated the controls of the flatbed like a skilled surgeon in unloading the shed in a very tight opening. All three people were very pleasant and easy to talk to. Love our shed. Not the same owners. Tom is no longer there. THIS IS NO LONGER ALL SEASON SHED. The lady in charge is rude, messed up the size of my shed and refused to help at all. The "owner" Rob, is barely there and has no clue what customer service is. I made the mistake and figured this place is still around they must still do good business. I was wrong. Goto Kempton sheds, they live In Bayville but their store is in Wall. Better prices and the same stuff. They actually let me trade my shed in for an exchange of a floor model they had on premises. The driver gave a pre alert for estimated time of delivery, he was very accommodating, did not rush and took his time to position the shed into a tight space. Ordered a 2 window 8x12 shed with 2 windows gray w black trim and double doors in may 2021 gave 700 dep The next day when Andrea called for my credit card number she told me it would take approximately eight weeks for it to be delivered and I said OK asked her if there's anyway you could go any faster and she said no due to Covid they are behind the next day she called me and said I have good news I have the same exact shEd that you ordered only difference is it's blue and you can have it right away so I said OK because I needed some place to put all my stuff so the color really didn't bother me as long as it was the same well when it got delivered the next day it was 9 o'clock at night and dark I knew that the pad that they put it on was uneven because I thought I had eight weeks to get it done didn't have enough time to get it perfect before delivery because she suddenly found a shed The pad being uneven does NOT justify hundreds of nails poking through to inside of shed and rotted wood in several spots and visibly used floor boards. next couple days went by when I finally got out there we noticed first that there was only ONE window not 2 and all the nails that they used to put the shingles on I guess came through to the inside like they use the nails or screws that were too long the floorboards were visibly used and a lot of the wood was rotted in different places. I immediately contacted Andrea by phone never would she get on the phone she had an elderly lady working for her at the time That would never put through phone calls she was either in a meeting or unavailable I told this woman that she needed to call me back because the condition of my shed was visibly used there was no way it was a brand new shed I trusted her because I purchased a shed from her before with no problems I also was there to pick it out but when she called me to tell me that she had good news that she had the same exact one I ordered but I wouldn't have to wait eight weeks and it was blue I trusted her mind you she turned in the contract and paperwork for the original shed i ordered the gray with black and 2 windows. After months of being ignored I finally went down there as per finance companies request showed her all of the pictures of the inside of the shed and she said oh it's because your pad is crooked that's why your doors are cockeyed I said I know the pad is crooked that's not what I'm talking about that's not what bothers me what bothers me is that somebody almost had a nail go through their skull because all of the nails come through the roof and that the shed is nowhere near brand new on one phone call she told a friend of mine that their warranties are six years inside and out if this was the case then why is my Shed not under warranty anyone that looks at it can tell you that that was not a brand new shed when it was delivered and that there is a manufacturing defect she told me what I wanted to hear because there was another customer in the store and she didn't want them to hear what was going on she said she would contact the builder and get back to me well she hasn't gotten back to me denies everything blames it on the pad being crooked and then tells me that I'm the one that picked out the shed what she doesn't realizes she left a voicemail on my phone telling me about this prior to me calling her back Saying good news I have a shed here you might be interested in and you don't have to wait eight weeks and that's when I called her back but now she's telling me I picked it out I picked out the shed she told me about that was on my property because I trusted her. What she doesn't realizes this is theft by deception according to an attorney just buy her sending the wrong paperwork in for one shed and delivering me something different she think she's a good liar if there was no problem and my shed was brand new then there would be a warranty on it but because it's not brand new there is no warranty and that's why she's behaving the way she is because now she got caught. I just want what I paid for stay away from this company because when you have a problem they will not help you they make up reviews but this company has this problem a lot Andrea is extremely difficult and she blames it on everybody else and of course the elderly lady never gave her the messages that's why she fired her. read more
