While I was impressed with the in stock furniture and customer service when I was purchasing , my opinion changed when I had an issue with an expensive piece of outdoor furniture. I had the chair less than 30 days when it fell apart. I contacted them and was told I would receive a call back later that day which I did not get. Finally I received a call asking for pictures and serial number. I was then sent an email if I had any questions to contact them. I asked if they would replace the chair since it was practically new and I heard no response. I told them since this was a vacation home I would like to quickly resolve this as we would be closing up the house shortly. Again no response. I followed up two days later with a phone call first thing in the morning and was told the manager and her boss were there and she would call me right back with an answer which never happened. I called an hour before closing to see what the answer was and I was told by the manager what did I expect! It was her birthday and a holiday weekend plus they were busy all day with customers. I guess once they have your money you are no longer a customer. To make matters worse the manager said in his opinion I should apologize to the sales person because he felt I was being unreasonable. Really! All I wanted was answers not attitude. Will be purchasing the rest of my furniture somewhere else.

Eileen came to our home on several occasions, took the time to understand our vision, and worked with us in the store to choose the perfect furniture and unique pieces to bring it all together. Her eye for design, attention to detail, and ability to really listen to what we wanted made all the difference. We get so many compliments on our outdoor space and the beautiful, unique pieces Eileen helped us select. It honestly feels like our own private oasis. This is our first summer with the backyard completely finished, and almost every time we're outside, we find ourselves saying how much we love the space--and how much we loved working with Eileen! She made the entire experience enjoyable and personal, and the finished space is even better than we imagined. The single negative review on here mystifies us with its made up situation and unlikely events. To say that they were over charged, received letters and threats is really odd as we don't even know who it is and certainly not their address. It's really hard to believe and because you can pretty much write whatever you want on Yelp, I'm at a loss to remedy this unusual review. Thanks for reading.
