We picked Torrance fence because 1) the price point was good, 2) I felt like the sales person was very detailed in the questions that he asked and all of the fine points that he went over, and 3) it was the only sales person that offered me a booklet where I could see all of the options and gave me the most detailed information. I'm so glad we did. Our fence turned out gorgeous!!! Every interaction with their company was extremely professional and very organized. They told me it would probably be three weeks before we were scheduled but they actually scheduled us like a week later. They were the only company that asked us if we wanted to fence in part of our side yard that was not previously fenced. We ultimately decided to do that and ended up with 200 more square feet of backyard space. We never would've thought of that if he had not suggested it. Love the fence and great experience with this company. Highly recommend!

Torrance Fence checks every box. From the very beginning, Gago was incredibly helpful in guiding the design process and making sure the new fence blended beautifully with the existing layout. He stayed in communication throughout the project and made sure his foreman, Art, understood my vision, the unique challenges of the property, and the results I was hoping to achieve. Art was genuine, funny, and an absolute pleasure to work with. It was obvious that he truly cared about delivering the best possible outcome. His crewman, Angel, lived up to his name--kind, hardworking, and professional. Together, they worked harder than any crew I've encountered on a home project. They had a long distance to haul materials, endured sweltering temperatures, and never once complained. I treated them to lunch both days, and their sincere gratitude touched me. Their work ethic and positive attitude were remarkable. The finished product was flawless. My client commented that the new fence was a tremendous upgrade to the property. In fact, I'll be looking for opportunities to send more business their way because crews like this deserve to be rewarded with more work. Thank you, Gago, Art, and Angel, for making my job easier and for delivering such an outstanding experience. I highly recommend Torrance Fence!

The person who did the work also walked me through design and material options. I originally wanted a Doric-style column, but they recommended a rectangular column using a durable PVC-type material (used for piping) and even reduced the price. I was hesitant, but it turned out to be the right call. They completed the job in one day and the house looks noticeably upgraded. Afterward, I noticed some movement in the railing slats. They explained it's normal since the railing is custom fabricated on site (not one solid piece), and similar to others in the neighborhood. Still, they came back out and glued them at no charge, and now everything feels solid. The finished look is beautiful--neighbors have already asked for referrals. Professional, responsive, and stood behind their work. Would recommend.

We are quite happy with the results of their work on our large remodeling project that required removing walls and adding beams. The difference was immediate. Ferrara's attention to detail, craftsmanship, communication, and pride in the finished product were exceptional. They took the time to understand what had gone wrong previously, explained the right way to approach the replacement, and then executed it with a level of care that restored our confidence. What impressed us most was the quality of the fabrication and finish, but equally important was the way the crew worked. They were thoughtful, precise, respectful of the property, and clearly cared about getting every detail right rather than simply getting the job done. After such a disappointing experience with the original railing, seeing the finished work from Ferrara was a huge relief. The contrast in workmanship was night and day. If you are looking for a metal fabricator who takes real pride in the work and stands behind the quality of the result, I would recommend Ferrara Metal Works without hesitation.
