Guy and his team at High Touch Remodeling did an A++++ job on my renovation. We completely remodeled the kitchen, put in new lighting and new floors. It was almost like a total remodel since I have an open floor plan - living room, dining room and kitchen are one great room. He also redid all of the first floor lighting, totally elevating the design of my home. New engineered wood floors throughout the first floor as well. He was fast, on time, efficient. As I heard horror stories from friends on their remodels, I was especially grateful to have Guy. Literally every day someone was working on the house - whether it was dry wall or electricians or plumbing or the floor guys. I was able to stay in the house during the remodel since my bedroom is upstairs and we hung in the yard and grilled for a substitute kitchen. Guy also helped with some other to do's I had like fix a window with a leak and also repair some water damage in a bathroom. I will use High Touch again when I redo my bathrooms and build an ADU. **Updating this review. We feel the need to respond to Guy's feedback to this original review. We disagree with his assessment, which does not reflect the reality of the situation. First, the unit below our condo did NOT remodel their bathroom. They instead had to repair the water damage caused by the leak from our shower. Unbiased contractors were hired to find the cause of the water damage. Their reports came back that there was no doubt that the water damage was caused by our shower due to HighTouch's incorrect installation of the new shower. We appreciate that the bathroom looked beautiful after being redone. However, fundamentally, the work was faulty. Second, we did let Guy know of the issue and recommended that he change his subcontractor. But we already lost trust in his team and wouldn't have felt comfortable having him repair the shower again. This was also the same feeling by our neighbors and home association after reviewing the independent plumbing report. Third, as far as the timing, they quoted 3-4 weeks to complete the bathroom. But the project stretched over 4 months including an additional repair that needed to be fixed since the water guards were never installed on the shower door (causing water to leak out of the shower onto the floor) Fourth, while his installation costs stayed on track, the interior designer that was recommended by him (who, by the way, gave him a 5 star review on Yelp) went above budget. Overall, our feeling by the end was that we were misquoted the total cost. We learned a lot through this experience. Guy may mean well and was responsive, but it was the overall quality of the work that we were disappointed in. And wanted to have this reflected for others as they're looking to make this significant investment in their home. read more

Long post, but worth reading!! Choose them. They are amazing! We contracted with High Touch to remodel our 1940 barely touched home into a modern Craftsmen. We researched at least 6 contractors, some all-inclusive and others not, and although High Touch was not the least expensive and not all-inclusive, they were worth every penny. They promised us to finish in 9 to 10 months; it took 11. Anytime there was a question/concern from either party, Guy was there immediately to discuss the issue, resolution, and possible cost. They went above and beyond to customize our project to suit us. The entire High Touch Team, from Guy to each of their crew members, showed tremendous attention to detail that we truly appreciated because we are very detail oriented ourselves. We absolutely LOVE our home and had the best experience working with High Touch! This is not to say that we didn't have any hiccups and setbacks, but even a few years later, each day we wake up with a great sense of gratitude to High Touch for making our dream home come to life. (Our architect was outstanding, too!) We are so proud of our home and love to show it off any chance we get. All this sounds too good to be true, we know. We feel that way, too. I used HighTouch to add new doors to my garage in the backyard, and they did an outstanding job. Guy was a pleasure to work with and very professional, completing the project in a timely manner. They're not the cheapest, but you get what you paid for. I originally tried to go cheap in doing the work, but the first contractor really did a poor job and and I ended up with mold on the walls with the heavy rains we had this winter. Within the last 6 months Guy Nofar from High Touch Remodeling has come to the rescue! I had my flat roof above my garage completely redone along with replacing the sky light. Very professional job. Guy was always there to make sure the job was done right and in a timely manner. Secondly, due to the hot weather my Furnace unit that was replaced by another company six month ago was just not working right so Guy came out and determined that the furnace was installed improperly! We had our master bathroom completely remodeled, installed recess lights in living room, dining room and bedroom, and had some painting job done. It was absolutely a delightful experience to work with Guy and his team. They live up to every compliment I heard before.
