Guy and his team at High Touch Remodeling did an A++++ job on my renovation. We completely remodeled the kitchen, put in new lighting and new floors. It was almost like a total remodel since I have an open floor plan - living room, dining room and kitchen are one great room. He also redid all of the first floor lighting, totally elevating the design of my home. New engineered wood floors throughout the first floor as well. He was fast, on time, efficient. As I heard horror stories from friends on their remodels, I was especially grateful to have Guy. Literally every day someone was working on the house - whether it was dry wall or electricians or plumbing or the floor guys. I was able to stay in the house during the remodel since my bedroom is upstairs and we hung in the yard and grilled for a substitute kitchen. Guy also helped with some other to do's I had like fix a window with a leak and also repair some water damage in a bathroom. I will use High Touch again when I redo my bathrooms and build an ADU. Thanks, Guy! read more

Working with Guy to build out Scalp Sanctuary was truly a dream. He was professional, reliable, and incredibly efficient. He completed our entire wellness spa build in just 4 months, which is nearly unheard of. He showed up consistently, communicated clearly, and went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. Every detail was handled with care, and I always felt I was in good hands. If you're looking for a contractor who's honest, timely, and deeply committed to quality work, Guy is the one to trust. read more

I've had the opportunity to see their work up close and it's exceptional. Highly recommend their services.

After screening several potential contractors, it was a breath of fresh air to meet with Guy! The professionalism, polite & timely communication and integrity were all qualities that stood out from the start. The entire team at HighTouch whom I got to work with were so pleasant, exuding these same good qualities, which I truly appreciated throughout the project. Choosing a contractor and handing over a home project is challenging to say the least, but Guy with his patient and constant positive energy made the process from start to finish an actually pleasant and stress free experience. HighTouch Team managed & delivered well above expectations on my renovation project assuring I made the best decision choosing them! I already have and will continue to recommend HighTouch any chance I get. read more

**Updating this review. We feel the need to respond to Guy's feedback to this original review. We disagree with his assessment, which does not reflect the reality of the situation. First, the unit below our condo did NOT remodel their bathroom. They instead had to repair the water damage caused by the leak from our shower. Unbiased contractors were hired to find the cause of the water damage. Their reports came back that there was no doubt that the water damage was caused by our shower due to HighTouch's incorrect installation of the new shower. We appreciate that the bathroom looked beautiful after being redone. However, fundamentally, the work was faulty. Second, we did let Guy know of the issue and recommended that he change his subcontractor. But we already lost trust in his team and wouldn't have felt comfortable having him repair the shower again. This was also the same feeling by our neighbors and home association after reviewing the independent plumbing report. Third, as far as the timing, they quoted 3-4 weeks to complete the bathroom. But the project stretched over 4 months including an additional repair that needed to be fixed since the water guards were never installed on the shower door (causing water to leak out of the shower onto the floor) Fourth, while his installation costs stayed on track, the interior designer that was recommended by him (who, by the way, gave him a 5 star review on Yelp) went above budget. Overall, our feeling by the end was that we were misquoted the total cost. We learned a lot through this experience. Guy may mean well and was responsive, but it was the overall quality of the work that we were disappointed in. And wanted to have this reflected for others as they're looking to make this significant investment in their home. read more

Guy and his team did an amazing job, they were able to work with my budget and get everything done (and more) in the original timeframe we discussed. Guy came up with an effective and beautiful redesign of my bathrooms in our first meeting. This was my first remodel, so I was a bit nervous but he gave me advice on everything alone the way. He was helpful, kind, and patient through the entire process. Highly recommend! read more

High Touch Remodeling did an amazing job with our remodel. Guy was always very responsive and excellent in communicating. Beautiful work!

Trustworthy and communicates well throughout the whole project. We would highly recommend.

Guy and his entire team at High Touch Remodeling were an absolute pleasure to work with and I am very happy to give them a glowing review! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience renovating our home, which involved converting a second kitchen to a laundry room, remodeling a primary bathroom, new floors/paint, and a fireplace remodel. From beginning to end, Guy provided solid advice, prioritized elements of the project that were especially important to us, and was always very responsive to questions/feedback/small changes along the way. Everyone was very friendly and Guy always followed through on what he said he would do. Having heard many stories from friends about their own terrible home renovation experiences, High Touch Remodeling absolutely exceeded every expectation I could have had and I would recommend them to ANYONE considering a home remodeling project, big or small! read more

So we had a crappy pipe burst in the crawlspace leading to both of our bathrooms needing to be redone. It was stressful but Guy and his team at High Touch were nothing but reliable, fair, and professional. The result is stunning and truly exceeded my expectations. These guys are my first call when we are ready for another job. read more

Long post, but worth reading!! Choose them. They are amazing! We contracted with High Touch to remodel our 1940 barely touched home into a modern Craftsmen. We researched at least 6 contractors, some all-inclusive and others not, and although High Touch was not the least expensive and not all-inclusive, they were worth every penny. They promised us to finish in 9 to 10 months; it took 11. Anytime there was a question/concern from either party, Guy was there immediately to discuss the issue, resolution, and possible cost. They went above and beyond to customize our project to suit us. The entire High Touch Team, from Guy to each of their crew members, showed tremendous attention to detail that we truly appreciated because we are very detail oriented ourselves. We absolutely LOVE our home and had the best experience working with High Touch! This is not to say that we didn't have any hiccups and setbacks, but even a few years later, each day we wake up with a great sense of gratitude to High Touch for making our dream home come to life. (Our architect was outstanding, too!) We are so proud of our home and love to show it off any chance we get. All this sounds too good to be true, we know. We feel that way, too. But they are true and heartfelt sentiments! Choose them. They are amazing! read more

This is our third project with HighTouch. They did our kitchen, built our ADU and now our remodel. Guy is professional and honest. As with all construction projects, there are challenges, but he genuinely wants to work with you to find a solution. We even had some fun coming up with solutions and design ideas for my space, a rare thing in construction! My home is beautiful and I am very happy. read more

If I could give High Touch 6 stars I would! This is an outstanding company that holds the highest standards for their work. My husband and I are first time homeowners and we bought a fixer upper. I went into the experience totally intimidated by the whole process, but I was blown away with how helpful Guy was throughout every step. He's a tremendous person to work with, an excellent communicator, extremely patient and kind, and he helped us build our dream home. He pays attention to every detail and really cares about providing an exceptional experience and outcome for his client. We can't wait to work with him again. You're the best, Guy! We are forever grateful. read more

I used HighTouch to add new doors to my garage in the backyard, and they did an outstanding job. Guy was a pleasure to work with and very professional, completing the project in a timely manner. They're not the cheapest, but you get what you paid for. I originally tried to go cheap in doing the work, but the first contractor really did a poor job and and I ended up with mold on the walls with the heavy rains we had this winter. Long story short, I would have been much better off actually paying more for someone that will do a good job. read more

I had been looking to get a brand new kitchen installed and was having a hard time getting a quote that fit my vision while still staying within budget. I came across High Touch Remodeling and quickly realized that I might have the kitchen I wanted after all. I was able to get a quote as quickly as I was available and felt comfortable with the organizing and planning of the project. The project manager was very welcoming of my ideas and gave me advice with details I most likely wouldn't have known otherwise. I was very happy with the design and not to mention the timing! It was very important the work be completed on time and I am pleased to say, it was delivered with a few days to spare. I was under a very strict time constraint and they were very accommodating to my request. All in all the kitchen turned out great, the team was very attentive and made sure it was completed on time and fit my budget. I'm very happy with the results I received and would highly recommend High Touch for anyone looking to remodel. read more

This was my first kitchen project and I was very nervous. I interviewed about four different contractors, all of them were very pushy! I set up an appointment with HighTouch and Guy the project manager came out. Guy was very polite and professional, he offered me different ideas and materials to use. Overall the quality of the work was beyond all expectations. The staff always made sure the project was running smoothly and on schedule, Guy was on the project every day overseeing and managing to my millions of requests. THANK YOU! read more

Within the last 6 months Guy Nofar from High Touch Remodeling has come to the rescue! I had my flat roof above my garage completely redone along with replacing the sky light. Very professional job. Guy was always there to make sure the job was done right and in a timely manner. Secondly, due to the hot weather my Furnace unit that was replaced by another company six month ago was just not working right so Guy came out and determined that the furnace was installed improperly! Got me a full refund, the other company handed me a check and took their unit. HTR installed the new high efficiency unit for less money! All that done in 3 days!!! I recommend High Touch Remodeling for interior and exterior jobs. Thank u! Guy read more

High Touch was an absolute dream to work with. We found them online and immediately Guy and his team gave us a fair quote and laid out a plan for the remodel of our back patio. They were very respectful of our time and space, and made sure to be as clean and quiet as possible throughout the entire process (especially since we had a young child at the time). They flawlessly completed the work on time and on budget, even when there were unforeseen overages, and they continue to make sure that the work is enduring. Months later, when there were small cracks that surfaced in the exterior stucco, they immediately came out and fixed it for free. They have been so amazing that we can't wait to use them again the next time we do any work! read more

I had a few quotes for the work I wanted to do on my house. I knew I wanted to get a fair price and deal with someone who was honest about the scope of the work. I wanted someone who was curious and cared about the work I was doing on my house and understood my budget restrictions. Guy was excellent at working with me to advise and help me along the way with some of the bigger jobs while I took on a lot of the project DIY. I had his team drywall my entire house after a gut job. They did a great. The communication throughout was great, and his team were friendly and made quick work of the job. Just reach out to Guy and you'll know soon enough if he's the right fit for you. read more

I found High Touch Remodeling on yelp. After a few bad experience with other contractors, I felt fortunate that we decided to go with High Touch remodeling and met with our contractor, Guy. We had our master bathroom completely remodeled, installed recess lights in living room, dining room and bedroom, and had some painting job done. It was absolutely a delightful experience to work with Guy and his team. They live up to every compliment I heard before. Guy is extremely patient with us, not only he updated us on the project status every day and answered every question we had, but also made his best effort to meet our requirements even though some of them were not reasonable. Each client who has worked with Guy would know that Guy always put his clients' satisfaction to the first. He was on site to supervise our project every day, communicated with us over and over to make sure he understands what we want, and involved their designer to give us valuable advice. Our expense of the project was exactly what we signed up on the contract, even though they did more work due to our last minute request.
