He worked fast but quality great work! He mostly worked by himself in the morning so he did 3/4 of the work. My husband and I were there anyway to prepare our home to be sold. Pedro was very polite and smiled the whole time. He was also very respectful! Omar was also nice and professional, who directed the install. And then went to another site. His brother oh know I forgot his name? They worked together well and did not fool around! I had Christian music on so we all worked doing our own thing. My husband and I as well. They cleaned up well. I'm a little bit of a perfectionist So the clean up wasn't hard at all. I hate hiring people and they leave a mess! Then I have to clean everything up. Makes it hard on me. We decided to support local woman owned small business and loved that they have stellar reviews on google. However, after dealing with this business, I'm beginning to think some of the Google reviews are fake. We are not happy with their return policy. We will not be doing business with them in the future nor do we recommend doing business directly with them. I know they are a Costco vendor. We suggest going through the Costco route if you want to proceed (with caution). If something happens and you're not happy, you can always complain to Costco (which values your business more than these people). Buyer beware : 1. We bought 2 containers of roll cote ($375 each, which was $125 more than floor&Decor. Floor&dedor has it for $250 each) when we went to return one unused bucket, they refused to take it stating that the outside of the bucket is too dirty to take in. I didn't think it was too dirty bc when we received them, it was not spotless either. The container was sealed. 2. We bought mohawk lvp planks from them, and double checked to make sure they're returnable. They confirmed that they are. However, when my husband went to return a pack we didn't use, they said they cannot accept anything less than 250 sqft. They also state any special orders are not returnable. This information was not communicated with me prior. BOTTOM LINE: do business with big names like Costco or Home Depot if you like no hassle return policy. read more

Kathy was super friendly, even after I read off my long list of requirements and told her not to show me anything over $1.99 (that was in March before all the manufacturers raised their prices). She happily showed me a few options that met my criteria, explained the difference (offered stock items with no re-stocking fee) and slightly cheaper flooring (which are special ordered and therefore their vendors charge restocking fee). I purchased a stock floor and trim pieces. It installed easily and looks terrific. They took back the 2 unopened boxes and gave me a credit. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I'm already planning to purchase more flooring and can conveniently place the order with Kathy over the phone. I was looking for a company for wood floor installation. I call this company Dura Flooring to have someone to give a quote so Manager came to my house. I explained to him my project. He did a measurement and also gave me a price for each item for all bedrooms that he will move it. They give you a free estimate but at the end they will give you a very expensive quote. I'd really give a 4.5 stars if I could. Install went way over estimated time, but I'm sure install all depends on the size of the crew they are able to send. Everyone was super great and extremely punctual! 7am on the dot and they were walking thru my door, every single day without fail. They took no breaks within my 3 week install and left anywhere between 2-2:30pm. Super hard workers. My only problem is that one transition to a bathroom was done incorrectly and by the time I saw it, it was too late to fix. The install itself was technically correct, but the transition was not put in the place that I said I wanted it. So that's the only part I'm not happy with. I spent over 8 months researching flooring companies and interviewing them along with speaking the manufacturer (once I nailed down the exact flooring I wanted). Dura is the ONLY company who came through that I didn't have to teach them how to put in my floor correctly, according to manufacturer rules. I interviewed a lot of highly rated companies who were not only willing to install incorrectly, but also told me that they don't have to listen to the manufacturer rules about the install. I'd highly suggest contacting the manufacturer once you pick out your floors and then see who knows how to put them in, before choosing someone. The others could have voided my warranty by incorrectly installing it. I'm glad Dura knows their floors! read more

Over promise under deliver. They under delivered on every aspect of our job. Install will take 4 hours...THREE days later it is finally done. We will replace the sub flooring...sub flooring arrived two days late and we had to pay another trade to do it. Finish product will be covered with paper...wasn't, and so we had to buy and cover ourselves. They actually complained that we did not have our appliances installed, because they did not have to move them for the flooring. (Wouldn't it be EASIER to not move any appliances, just have a straight shot to install)?!? The estimater, Ray, does not know how to do his job. He way over promised and then was nowhere to be found when issues (which were a lot) arose. He also under counted the amount of flooring and even after ordering 20% more than he counted we were still short. Of a special order product. That has a ten day lead time. His manager, Juan, could offer no help in getting our job finished. And kept saying we wanted the work done for free. EVEN AFTER WE REFUSED TO TAKE A PARTIAL REFUND BECAUSE WE BELIEVE THAT YOU SHOULD BE PAID FOR YOUR WORK. Juan also refused to allow us to speak with the owner of the company. And then threatened to pull his guy off the job. read more

I had old Saltillo tiles in my existing space and wanted to find a company that could lay the new flooring on top of the old tile.
