SHADDY as SHADDY can be!!!! Went there today. I was buying $1000 or so worth of furniture and rugs for my business. Left a $100 deposit, asked who I made a cashier's check out to, since it for my business I have to have documentation. I was told Rug Factory Plus. Left came back with my checks and upon returning I was told I could not pay with my Cashiers checks because it is not Cash. WHAT??? you have to buy cashiers check with cash IDIOT!!!! This scammer tried to get crazy because we told him that we would only take the rug that we needed and leave the rest behind because he refused to give us our money back. He then got upset, and said in front of the other 2 customers that were there that we NEVER gave him $100. Long story short. The sheriffs had to be called. I didn't get my money back, but ended up just paying the extra money to get the only rug i initially went in for. the furniture is not the best, but good enough for props as I had intended to use them for. The rugs are lower end, they do not come with a "Slip Not"' layer on the bottom as top end rugs come with. The guy running the warehouse is a short little thing that carried himself to cocky that lost a $1000 sale because he clearly prefered to steal $100 from us and NOT pay the IRS their cut. If you are looking for cheap prices and don't care much about quality I would recommend this place. AND at least the comment above this from David K is one of the scammers that works there. read more

stumbled across this place one saturday afternoon and i am so glad i did! they were having an awesome sale... 5x7 rugs were in the $150 range and 8x11 rugs were in the $200 range. i don't know what they're normal prices are or if i just happen to come across an amazing sale, but i'm considering on returning to finish designing the rest of my home. they have a wide variety of styles, patterns, carpet material and a huge selection of colors too. we were able to find rugs for nearly every room of our home! the staff was extremely helpful and patient with us while we combed every inch of their showroom selecting 4 large rugs for our home. they helped us load it in our SUV and were very pleasant to work with. definitely worth checking out if you're in the market for a new rug(s) read more

Love this place! Came here on a Saturday afternoon looking for rugs for my bedroom, living room and entry way. They have a great selection of designs and sizes for amazing prices. I purchased an 8x11, 5x7, runner and entry way mat for the price of 1 rug. Sales guy helped me put my items in my small civic and amazingly enough, it all fit. The quality is 10 times better than what you may find at Ikea, I know because I bought a smaller piece at Ikea which I hated right after I purchased these. Would be a 5 star, however, I do hate when sales tries to shove something in my face. Unfortunately, the design I originally wanted didn't come in the size I wanted, and though he was just doing his job, felt that he kept trying to sell me on another carpet design I didn't want, and even questioned me why I didn't like it. If it weren't for the great prices and the design I already loved for my living room, I would have walked away. Luckily for me, I did find another that I love today and was glad I stood my ground. I saw this store during a drive-pass and unfortunately they were closed. Since, I really needed new rugs for my living room, I decided to go back and take a look during their regular hours. I returned when they were open. The parking lot is small, but very convenient. Upon entering, I was greeted by what I assumed was a sales clerk, who was very friendly and told me to ask her any questions. The store is not very large, but rather a good size--not overwhelming. It was very clean and organized. There were two rooms with rugs hanging according to size, price, and design. The rugs were all quite beautiful and diverse. They have a good variety of modern rugs, shags and a small area for children rugs. Upon touch many of the rugs were soft and not coarse as some rug/carpet fibers. The only question that I had was in reference to the price. Their prices were much better than what you would find in a large department store or online. Most 5x7 rugs were priced in the lower $100 range and the 8X10 in the $200 range. There were some clearance rugs that appeared to be a good buy, yet not what I had in mind. I decided upon a green rug with brown and cream leaves designs with a matching runner. Although, initially, I thought the 5x7 would be too small, it fit perfectly. I plan to go back to Rugs Factory Plus to get a rug for my daughter's room! read more

DO NOT PURCHASE A RUG FROM HERE!!! I bought a rug from here in June for my new house. I was originally going to buy one that was cheaper and more common, but I saw a beautiful one there that the girl that worked there told me it was hand made but was more expensive. I liked it so much, I decided to buy it even though it was twice as much as the other one I was going to buy. Every day I did notice little fibers/lint coming off from the rug, but I just thought it was normal. Against my better judgement, I didn't take it back. Then two weeks ago I noticed there were patches of missing rug. I called the company, the receptionist told me to bring it in so the owner could see it. I took it yesterday and he said he needed the receipt. I went back home to look for it, found it, and took it to him. He says he can only give me a discount on another rug and then accuses me of doing something to the rug. Even asks me if I washed it (even though it says on his website it's very durable and to have it proffessionally washed) I told him I would only vaccum it. He asks me what kind of vaccum I use. (dirtdevil) He says he has never seen this before on any rug, yet he just showed me a rug someone returned that started having the fibers come off also but they were smart to return it right away.Then I ask for the manufacturers information so I can call them, first he says they are the manufacturers, then he says it's a company in China,that he is just a distributor, I ask him to give me the number, He says he can't. Then he tells me he will send a picture of the rug to them and asks me for my number and to call him in 2-3 wks. I checked on their website and it says they manufacture this rug. So obviously he was just b.s.ing me and isn't going to call me back. So save yourself some money and anger. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Customer Service is awful (except for the girl who helped me when I bought it. Oh & I also believe some of the employees have given them good reviews. read more

Awful Awful Awful!!!! Not sure what to say. I bought a rug from another place that sells Rug Factory Plus rugs. Had an issue with the rug and therefore had to deal with this piece of crap company!! First guy I called was as rude as they come. He didn't answer the phone and then called me back and the first thing out of his mouth was "Who is this?" I asked him if he worked for Rug Factory Plus and he said "Yah what do you want, and who is this." When I told him that this is horrible and not how you talk to customers his response was "Oh really?" He finally gave me the number to the main office and when I called there... again I had to deal with rude people. Was told someone would call be back within an hour. Well 3 hours later and no call so I called them back. And again... rude people. The lady kept going round and round and didn't even try to understand why I was calling. In the end she said well that's not our issue. These are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with! I have let the company where I purchased this from that they should second think selling Rug Factory Plus rugs. I will never, never, never buy anything that comes from this company again. Think twice before even starting to do business with these people. Rude rude rude!!!!! Unbelievable!!!! read more
