Double whammy with high prices and I didn't get my only choice for a drink. It wasn't just me, two people who walked past me said "no Diet Pepsi?". At least I wasn't alone. Food still took much longer than we thought to get out, with no lines and only a few people at tables and an occasional door dash driver showing up. After about 20 minutes our sandwiches arrived and we were famished. My chicken bacon ranch sandwich was oozing with ranch, chicken and bacon were hot and the overall flavor was exceptional. However, the chicken was in thin, craggy pieces that were texturally unappealing. I would have appreciated juicy chunks or even strips. My husband truly suffered with his standard turkey sandwich. He kept telling me how dry it was, so I tried some to see if he was being a drama llama. The turkey was so dry that I had to fill my mouth with lemonade to swallow it down. If everything was perfect, I wouldn't mind paying that price for two sandwich combos, but this wasn't the case. Probably won't be going back.

My ciabatta roll on the hot honey sandwich was the driest bread I've ever received at a restaurant & I'm not exaggerating. It was so hard it didn't move when squeezed. We called to let them know & the person that answered didn't apologize and only said "thanks". I don't know how a person could make a sandwich on that bread & think it was okay to sell to a customer.
