This is the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle from a dealership. I was helped by Ryan who was so nice. I shared with them what my price range was, what my requirements were for my new car, and where I wanted my payment. My experience went beyond my expectation. I did not feel pressured into anything. Ryan was helpful with explaining every single detail to me. Connor from finance was phenomenal. He was incredibly helpful and made sure that I was able to get my vehicle at the price I wanted and was incredibly supportive through my first car buying experience. He was very organized and made the official car purchasing process very easy. The day I picked it up, Katie was incredibly helpful with teaching me how to use all the bells and whistles of my car. I am in LOVE with my new vehicle, and I see why people return again and again to buy their next! read more

Not sure if they even deserve 2 stars. First, I love the salespeople and I continue to get my vehicles there. This review is specifically about service. I walk in for the appointment and ask them to also make sure the brakes are okay - should be part of the inspection. Also mentioned the fan doesn't always work and that I needed new batteries in my key fobs. As I'm telling him this he's just looking at me. Didn't write anything down. So I wondered if anything I said was going to be done. Kind of made me feel like I wasn't important. Oil Change and inspection - almost 2 hour wait! Then they did a tire rotation without telling me (they ended up not charging me, but I should have been consulted initially). He tells me it took so long because of the other things I asked for. So aren't the brakes part of the inspection? And they checked the fan and found no issues so that was a nothing - maybe a few minutes. And how long does it take to change batteries in a key fob? Then you go to pay and they take your credit card and turn their back to you while they are typing your numbers into something. I don't just hand over my credit card - I did, but not happy about that. Everyone else has a machine on the counter and you do it yourself. I'm an older woman and the way I was treated was like I was a stupid old woman. Not the world I wish to live in. Years ago I had stopped using the service center there for the same reason - poor customer relations. I won't be going there again. read more

Ray was amazing, very professional and amazing customer service. Ray even brought the vehicle to me that I wanted to test drive! I would recommend him to everyone! Awesome experience! read more

Mike husband and I just leased another Cadillac XT5 from Randall Buick GMC Cadillac. Matt Thomas, is an exemplary sales associate. He truly made the sale seamless, and it was an overall great experience. Also, Ben, that oversaw the lease contract, was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. We have bought many vehicles over the past 50 years and this is one of the most honest dealerships we have ever dealt with when it comes to acquiring a new vehicle. read more

rude salesman thought I couldn't afford a Buick but I'm in my third . Third visit before a salesman even approached me. Never going back .

We went in to finance $22K. We have over $10K down payment and a trade in. The salesman Dave stereotyped us because we are young and didn't even ask for options regarding payments, only wanted cash. Dave wouldn't even let us look at a car on the lot. He was BEYOND rude - it was disgusting. If that is how he treats his customers he shouldn't even have a job. The rudest salesman I have ever met. read more

I have been trying to get Cadillac to approve a warranty repair for my Cue screen for 4 months. After being told by the dealer that sold me the car that I was out of warranty, so too bad, and getting the run around from Cadillac customer support, I called Randall Service. The service manager, Kirk Strickland, was very helpful and worked with me to get the parts I needed, I also have the dreaded headlight problem, and guided me through dealing with Cadillac customer support. Bottom line: he solved my problem, got my car repaired at a reasonable price, and treated me with total respect. Randall GMC Cadillac has a customer for life. Thank you. read more

Following the unexpected demise of our previous GMC Terrain, Lynn Holcomb was her usual phenomenal self in assisting us with immediately procuring a replacement Terrain along with orchestrating a trade in on a second family vehicle at the same time. We took delivery of the vehicles in a very efficient manner, and are enjoying both vehicles. A couple of minor vehicle concerns appeared within a couple of days, and we were instantly given a loaner while repairs were completed. The service department gets high marks for their professionalism and courtesy. We are raving fans! read more

Phenomenal experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend you visit this dealership! You won't be disappointed!

The delivery of my new car was a very thorough and smooth process, and the training on the various features of the vehicle was excellent.

I came along with my husband to pick up his new Acadia and decided to look at a new car for myself - I was ready to ditch the minivan! You had the exact one on the lot that I had been shopping online all winter and I took that as a sign so we walked away with 2 cars instead of one. I love my new Buick Encore - the kids named it Zippy! Everything was fast and efficient - just what we need with 2 working parents and 3 very busy kids. Mike made the process very smooth and simple. Thank you for the great experience read more

The Buick Regal had a weird situation...leaking ATF all over the place. Took the car in and got a Loaner....after turning over the keys of my car, I was told where the loaner was. It was started and warm (February). Very classy....a brand new Buick Enclave...not some clunker with no radio. The service was completed in less than 24 hours and no charge due to warranty. The Service Dept. here is First Class... read more

The hub and I have been purchasing vehicles from Randall Buick for many years, and keep returning. In years past when dealing with other car businesses it was such a pain to listen to the salespeople, and the back-and-forth, "we can't do this, we can't do that" when dealing. NOT AT RANDALL. Stuart and Marc know you--what you like and what is in your price range--and deliver. The service received along with the smiles and friendliness is top-notch. With each purchase we are never disappointed. KUDOS to all at Randall Buick! read more
