It came out in a fast food wrapper on a plate..which is strange in a sit down restaurant. I asked..they said it's the way they do it. If it's freshly made there's no need to wrap it. It wasn't great. After all the years of spending summers out here, there is not a single time where service was lacking. The food is always phenomenal. The kebab combo is one that I always seem to navigate too. It's plenty of food. My dad and I have finally learned after all these years that if we split a salad and a kebab combo, that it's the right amount of food for the two of us to not feel like we're going to explode. On this most recent trip, we got the baklava with strawberries. The baklava was just made fresh and was still warm. This was life-changing for me. I never once thought about heating up baklava??? It melted in my mouth. It was such an incredible finale to such a delicious dinner. I will always, always, ALWAYS stop for a meal at Cafe Gullistan.
