After shopping around and talking to several companies, I found out my system is really old. It's original to my house, which I've lived in for 15 years. I went from being really frustrated to really appreciative that my garage doors hang on for that long. It did its service, but now it's time for new ones. I have a tandem garage with two doors and two openers, which unfortunately for me and my husband, means two times the cost. Yafa Garage Door not only offered the best price, but was also responsive. Each time I messaged them, they responded within half an hour. Salem was flexible with our busy schedule and was able to install our new openers in less time than we thought. He showed us what other parts are major concerns, including the wheels and the spring. He didn't push us to get them replaced so I can tell he wasn't trying to upsell. After some time to think, we ultimately decided to get the wheels replaced a week later. Salem was quick to respond with this too. In fact, he got them replaced the same day. After he was done, he showed me how to degrease parts of my door to keep it well maintained. We feel more at ease now that we've got new openers and wheels.
