Unfortunately, that all changed about a month ago when my garage door fell off the tracks. I called Garage Door Sytems, and they came over to fix the door. About three weeks later, the garage door was not closing evenly and eventually became jammed. I called the company again and asked if they could come over and look at the door. The service technician they sent had an attitude problem from the moment he arrived. He claimed that doors don't just start closing unevenly and suggested that I must have done something to damage it. I told him I didn't call for his lousy attitude and that he could leave if he wasn't willing to work on the door. He refused to perform any warranty repairs. He eventually fixed the door, but left without informing me that he was finished. I called his dispatcher to report what had happened, and they told me that the technician had already reported the incident and that they would follow up with me later that afternoon. Well, they never called me back and the door broke again. I ended up calling a different garage door repair company, and they fixed the issue. The new technician said it was a simple fix--a loose pulley. Garage Door Systems management didn't care to follow up. I'll never use or recommend this company again. They only want to charge you for quick, subpar service.
