I actually chose to drive about 30 minutes out of my way to come here after having ongoing issues with a closer dealership, and I'm really glad I did. The difference in service was noticeable, and it was absolutely worth the extra drive to feel confident my car was being handled properly. While there were a few additional services I couldn't take care of at the time, I definitely plan to come back in the future. For now, I'm just grateful to have my car back, running well, and to have had such a smooth experience overall. They also offer a shuttle, which is a great option if you need to get somewhere nearby while your car is being serviced. Highly recommend if you're looking for reliable service and good communication.

13 Days of Excuses, Incompetence, and a Dangerous Safety Hazard…read more ​This dealership has been around since 1913, but they operate with the incompetence of a business that opened yesterday. We purchased a truck on April 1st and were given five different "firm" pickup dates (the 4th, 7th, 8th, 10th, and 13th). ​The Endless Excuses: Over the 13 days it took to get our vehicle, we were given every excuse in the book: a safety inspection, needing a spare tire, a new headlight, "the machines are broken," and not having enough staff. The lack of communication was the most insulting part. When we finally confronted our salesman about the silence, we were essentially told that because it was his "day off," he saw no reason to respond to an upset client who had already handed over a $6,000 down payment. ​The Staff: ​Scott Rockefeller (Sales): Avoid at all costs. He is unprofessional, immature, and eventually resorted to name-calling when we asked for updates. He has no answers and pushes every failure onto management. ​Nathan Johnston (GSM): A total ghost. We were told we needed to talk to him, yet he was never "available" and his contact info was guarded like a secret. ​James Houtz (Internet Sales): Told us "everyone in the dealership" heard about our situation, yet no one reached out to resolve it. He gave us a firm 11:00 AM deadline for April 13th and then went silent. ​The Bright Spots: Nicholas Trujillo (Quick Lane) and Eissa Hizhley were the only professionals there. Nicholas found the finance team after they disappeared on us and made sure our daughters had drinks and snacks. Eissa stepped in to help when everyone else failed, despite it not being his job. ​The "Safety" Failure: We were told the 13-day delay was for a "safety check." After waiting an additional 3 hours for a final detail on the 13th, we got the truck home only to find a loose razor blade on the truck bed cover where our young children were playing. To claim you are doing "safety checks" for two weeks and then leave a razor blade in a vehicle is negligent and dangerous. ​ We had every dealership sticker stripped off the truck because I refuse to promote a business this careless. They claim to use CarMax as an example of "what not to do," but they are currently the gold standard for how to lose a customer's trust and respect

I saw the listing for a vehicle that matched my stringent criteria and made an inquiry. It was at Planet Honda. The whole experience was first rate. The usual auto responses arrived in my inbox and then I was contacted by a real person. Oty was beyond helpful throughout the whole process. She sent me a video tour of the car. I immediately scheduled a test drive for the next day. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was greeted with a smile. All of my questions were answered. I was allowed to take photos of the vehicle and test drove it. Upon my decision to purchase it, with details of my bank auto loan in hand, the steps to come were easy and forthcoming. Oty is an excellent and kindly Sales Consultant. I got cookies and bottled H2o while I waited for the paperwork and final detailing. The whole process took a total of about three hours. I drove off the lot with an extended 48 month premium warranty to boot, and it all fell within my budget. There was no pressure at any time. Mr. Dobrosi, the Business Director, was kind and knowledgeable. He was efficient and even commented on my wicked cool style. Service with a personal touch. The dealership was clean and the staff were all friendly. I highly recommend Planet Honda in Golden, Colorado for all your car needs. Try them out. You'll be glad you did.

After many yrs taking our car there, with impeccable service records, they offered a fraction of the value of the car and refused to budge (even after being serviced). We took it to where we purchased the vehicle (much further away) and they bought it for 4x what Planet Honda offered. Photo below shows how they returned our vehicle knowing it was our last visit before selling. They only care about $$, not their customers or doing good, honest business. Won't return.

Great company!!! My furnace stopped working on the first…read morereally cold day the year. I called Davey about 4:00 PM that day, knowing how late in the day it was and spoke with Dorothy. I asked to have a repairmen sent out, thinking it would be the next day. She asked a few questions about the HVAC system, age, etc. and said, "We can't get anyone out there today but we can probably fix the problem over the phone." After assuring me that if we couldn't, she would send someone the next morning, she spent over half an hour walking me through a few checks and procedures and we got the system up and running. So something I thought was going to cost a few hundred dollars or more, cost me nothing, because she wanted to save us a very cold night and the possibility of pipes freezing. Wow! A company that shows incredible integrity and professionalism, and really seems to care about the people they serve! This was the first time I'd called Davey, but their number is now in my phone and will be my first call in the future. Thank you, Dorothy!!!

We had a water leak in my twelve year old 96% efficient Amana furnace and I placed a call to Davey. Dorothy was very courteous sent out her son Junior to look at what was going on. He told me he was going to condemn my furnace though there was no signs of aerial contamination. I told him I'll go out and buy two expensive meters and they both showed ZERO contamination! Ok, Junior then said the furnace would be covered under replacement warranty as the heat exchanger was cracked. He talked to the local dispatcher and they had a unit in stock. I was then told by Junior that it would cost me THIRTY FIVE HUNDRED to get the job done. I was flabbergasted at the price! This was for labor! Unbelievable! Ok it was winter and cold temps needed to be handled so I told him let's do it. Junior returned and started installing all the while informing me that it would cost me another EIGHT HUNDRED! I told him no way! Mind you, my old unit was removed and brought downtown. He called his office and they backed off on the additional eight hundred. I left Junior alone and he put together the new furnace and installed it! It was not straight, not plumbed and he left after the furnace was running. I called Dorothy and COMPLAINED! She sent Senior out and he straightened things out. The inspector came by and failed the inspection. Senior came out again and touched up all the work. Senior had to come by a third time to rewire the condensate pump... to code! That final time he came, I could tell he was PO'ed at returning and never said a darn word to me. No respect at all! Bottom line, I was ripped off to high heaven. Thirty five hundred... for the work done? Maybe they get this from other uneducated customers but the unit was under warranty, the whole installation with labor should have cost me $2000 at MOST! I found an unbelievably reputable HVAC and they have so far treated me with respect and professionalism especially when it comes to pricing and top notch customer service. Just had to share this with potential customers here in the area.

I have been looking for a bicycle for a while now; I've looked online, at used bikes, and visited…read morevarious stores but none ever seemed to jump out. I live just a few minutes from Derby and decided to stop in on a Saturday about an hour before closing time. The interior was much bigger than I expected, and the floor is packed with bikes, gear, clothing, and other types of equipment. I was greeted right when I walked in and explained that it's been a while since I've owned a bicycle, so there has been a lot of advancement that I've not really kept up on. I don't know much about the details of biking other than the basics, but Bill (at least that was the name on my receipt lol) was super nice and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. After a little back and forth, I ended up purchasing a Specialized bike in a really pretty sage green color. Bill explained the warranties, their commitment to servicing their bicycles, and even let me know that they're always happy to help or answer questions that come up after you begin getting more acquainted with the bike. While bicycles have become a lot more expensive since the last time I owned one, I'm very happy with my purchase! I took it out that evening and it was a ton of fun. The seat is a bit uncomfortable, as many probably are, but I'm so happy to finally have a good bike that fits me. Definitely appreciated the help and I would recommend this place to anyone that might be in the market for a new bike!
