Walked in and was greeted immediately. Omar assisted me with with my purchase. He was very welcoming and very accommodating. He showed me where the womans boots were located. He asked me what kind of style i wanted and let me browse. So many selections. It was hard to choose from, i finally decided. Im a girl with big calfs. I was very amazed that they got the boots strectched to what was comfortable. Trying on boots are very intimidating for me because of the fit and the calfs being to large for the boot or removing the boot giving calf cramps. I am indeed grateful to find this jewel and will come back to purchase more.

My friends and I were visiting from NY and settled in Austin Texas for a good warm weather and fun getaway. One of our friends was very adamant on getting an authentic cowboy hat and he got one. We went to so many stores before I informed my group to go to a dedicated store for variety and this place was exactly what we were looking for. My friend got a good white gray cowboy hat that was top quality and kept his head cool for the other sunny outdoor hobbies we were about to do. Also got myself a bright ladybug red cowgirl hat and it was a good suede quality. The price was right for the quality of the hat. The only thing we didn't do was purchase the boots to go with it but am happy to come back and support this establishment again if we want to complete our whole Wild West outfits.

What a great store. They have so much in this space…read more Pretty well organized. Small, medium, large, XL, and some XXL. Short sleeves, long sleeves, sweaters, dresses, skirts and shorts. All women's wear. I didn't see a lot of brand names. They have a few high end. But it's very limited from what I could see. Even though this was a miss for me. It's a thrift store, and they will always have new items coming in. And I guess they also have an online store. So if you see it in the store and you didn't buy it, and now regret it (I know, I've been there) you can head over to their online store snag it up. Parking is huge. If you're not sure where they are located. It's in the IKEA shopping center in Round Rock.

My wife walked around and found a pair of the shoes she brought in still on the rack. The woman told her that her name isn't coming up in the system and there is nothing she can do to help her. My wife showed her the receipt and the woman still refused to help and tried to keep the receipt. It clearly shows a date of 5/23 which is less than 30 days. They have a lot of toys and accessories that I wasn't aware of until today- even a few tshirts as well. The customer service was spotty. One employee was on the ball: helpful and kind and the other didn't seem to care we were there. She just stood at the register- I asked her about a shoe and she didn't have an answer nor say much at all. We'll be back but hopefully with the other employee.

White House Black Market is one of my favorite stores on the planet. Don't laugh, but I'm still fairly new to the outlet mall game. I assumed that if you were labeling yourself as an outlet and therefore selling clothes that are out of season, then naturally they should be 50-70% off what they were in store right? Wrong lol The prices are more in the 15-30% off range, only higher if you are lucky. That sort of zapped the fun out of it for me because I went in thinking I would leave with bags of clothes for what one outfit in the regular store would cost. Not so much. The quality here is still great, but customer service can be hit or miss in the friendly department. What is consistent is feeling smothered. The store is so tiny that the employees hover over you as you shop and hang by the door of your dressing room. Excuse me for not wanting to come out to the communal mirror to see my outfit when of course you are going to tell me it makes me look like Angelina Jolie because you work on commission. And yes, when you say that I will want to purchase it, so I stay in the safety of my dressing room where I can judge for myself. All that being said I have found some really cute things here. Today I bought a dress and little jacket to go over it for $150 all together. I cried a little when I heard the total but in the regular store that same outfit would have cost me $100 more believe it or not. So you do still save money, but don't go in expecting each price tag to be reduced to half. If that were the case I would give them 5 stars without a doubt and would be here every other day.

The store looked pretty great with all blings and sparkly bags all around the store. As I walked in I was promptly greeted by a store associated and asked if I needed any help. I went around the store checking several bags, accessories and coats ! I mostly found all party bags/purses around which are more like New Years bling dress pair off.. couldn't find much casual and regular ones. Accessories nicely decorated.. nice collection of sunglasses and some phone accessories! They had some beautiful winter coats which caught my attention specially . I tried a few of them and after much confusion selected one. As I decided to buy it found out that ( May be they had marked the price wrong - Whhhat 1st day and you say Sorry we have marked it incorrectly !!!) on the entire range of that particular coat I selected ... At least I did not expect this mistake on their Inauguration Day !!! Wasted my time trying ! Disappointedly left the store . For purse if I want a KS I would still prefer San Marcos store which has a lot more and better collections ..
