They are not worth the money they charge. I had two suits ordered and it took me OVER A YEAR to finally get them close to fitting correctly. For the around $4500 I spent, I received two poorly fitting suits with details I had ordered, missed. Understand that Ross Bennett does not cut the suits. He takes measurements in his poorly lit office, writes down the details requested, and outsources the cutting. For my suits, the first round was so poorly cut they had to start from scratch. When they remade the suits... months later, he used the wrong measurements. Finally a year later, after I had to threaten court action, his third round of suits was at least wearable. But, the leg openings were still wrong and unbelievably the two jackets had different measurements, one fitting better than the other. Plus details like no belt loops and thread colors were wrong. Shows how disorganized they are without a proper method to record order details. I gave up and accepted I'll never get the two suits I expected. Instead received disappointing service and quality... and you may as well.

I then got some pretty high-end zippers, one in gold and one in black. Not only was the job done DOPE AF, but it felt like you could buy them that way! Once your suit is made you'll come back for a fee more fittings to make sure you get a perfect suit fit. I loved my first suit and custom shirts so I went back and ordered additional shirts and another suit to round out my collection. I wasn't sure at first, but I have to admit I love how it looks and fits, and while I miss having a breast pocket, it does look fancier. There are two unusually spacious and comfortable changing rooms which I very much appreciated. And there were three employees who helped me, all of whom were very friendly and knowledgeable and made the shopping trip go so quickly and smoothly.

Francesca is a European Master Tailor. She did the alterations for my wedding dress and my…read morehusband's suit. My dress was a sheath design, with a slightly retro feel. The bridal shop told me it just needed a few alterations, but I wanted it to fit like a glove, so I called Francesca. It turned out, that for the fit to be perfect, my dress needed to be practically taken apart and resewn. She is amazingly detail oriented, down to removing her lipstick before coming anywhere near my dress and taking her sewing machines apart and hand cleaning them before working on my dress to keep it spotless. The fit of the dress was incredible when she was finished. Not a flaw anywhere that I could see. She also reworked my husband's Ralph Lauren Black label suit that the "tailor" at Ralph Lauren had completely massacred, as well as another Zegna suit of his that the alterations department at Nieman Marcus had butchered. Both fit him incredibly when she was finished. She completed my dress in a week, and both of my husband's suits in just under a week. She is a little pricey. Be sure to get an estimate from her before she starts work to avoid sticker shock, but in my opinion, she's completely worth it.

I wanted to share my experience with an incredible tailor/seamstress/alterations. I had the perfect dress ordered. Covered head to toe in beads. When it arrived it was going to require about $2000 plus in alterations (even though it was a custom dress). I just sat down and cried. Here we are going through a pandemic, my fiance has a heart attack and it leads to a triple heart bypass, my wedding will more than likely be delayed and my $4000 plus dress does not fit. I didn't have the kind of money to basically have my dress altered to actually fit me and started to believe I would just need to give up and find some cheapie dress that actually fit. And then I was connect with Wong Long. She cut me some discounts knowing what I was going through. My beaded head to toe dress needed to have most of the beads taken off, be taken in at least 4 inches on each side and in the shoulders (which are also all beads) and be hemmed to fit my 5 foot tall self. I just got home from my first fitting after she did the alterations on the sides of the dress. SHE IS AMAZING. Shes done all this work for a beyond fair price and has made the entire experience a one on one thing rather than me feeling like a number coming in and getting adjusted. She wears a mask, took my temperature and she has a whole back showroom with wall to wall mirrors so you can see every angle of your dress and if something should be changed or moved. If you need alterations..... PLEASE go to her. Shes a one woman team who has more years experience than I have been alive (and Im 39).
