They are not worth the money they charge. I had two suits ordered and it took me OVER A YEAR to finally get them close to fitting correctly. For the around $4500 I spent, I received two poorly fitting suits with details I had ordered, missed. Understand that Ross Bennett does not cut the suits. He takes measurements in his poorly lit office, writes down the details requested, and outsources the cutting. For my suits, the first round was so poorly cut they had to start from scratch. When they remade the suits... months later, he used the wrong measurements. Finally a year later, after I had to threaten court action, his third round of suits was at least wearable. But, the leg openings were still wrong and unbelievably the two jackets had different measurements, one fitting better than the other. Plus details like no belt loops and thread colors were wrong. Shows how disorganized they are without a proper method to record order details. I gave up and accepted I'll never get the two suits I expected. Instead received disappointing service and quality... and you may as well.

They assured me that they could make what I wanted. I wanted a very particular custom pair of pants, I brought in examples of what I wanted and they didn't even measure or examine them. I felt like they kind of blew my input off and proceeded to do what 'they' think I wanted or needed. There were actually several things about the pants that were wrong. I took them back twice to get fixed and altered but they were still not what I wanted. I was then made to feel like I was asking for too much. So yeah, now I have a $200 pair of pants that I don't wear. I suppose Knot Standard is fine if you want to be told what to wear. Maybe if I had spent more money they would have listened to me more? Based on my experience, I wouldn't spend another dollar with this company when there are so many other places to get clothes.

It's right on SoCo, with all kinds of other similar western wear shops in the direct vicinity. The prices are a bit out there. Yea, they're expensive. But this stuff is all handmade (mostly) or hand-tailored with a touch of love that goes into each garment. You won't find this stuff at K-Mart or Sears. Nobody's gonna show up to that next rodeo dressed just like you if you shop here.
