I do love their tween clothes for my daughter. They have very cute, not overly sexualized outfits and accessories for that age group. It really bugs me when I see people in supervisory positions boss around their minions in front of customers, and there is one boss lady who is ruthless and does this openly in the store. I felt so bad for the associates having to put up with her barking that I almost told her to shut up myself.

My husband always asks why I like athleta so much when the girls are so rude and make my experience unpleasant. He said lululemon treats you 10 times better which makes your overall experience better. I go out of my way to go to the downtown location because the girls are so much nicer. Usually the employees reflect their managers. I'm appalled. You can tell they don't like doing returns or exchanges because it reflects their store, and their "numbers".
