This is your typical outlet mall version of a J Crew store. It's a good place to visit if you…read morereally want a good selection of J Crew merchandise but it's not the bargain place that many people think of when they think outlet mall. In my humble opinion, outlet malls are a good place to shop if you looking for a nice variety of merchandise from a wide array of retailers but it's not a particularly good place to find bargains. In their heyday, outlet malls offered seconds, overruns, etc. and offered some bargain pricing. Now, it seems that outlet malls are just another place selling the same merchandise as in regular stores.

Just one problem...maybe it was because I went right after they opened or because their supply changed but I found their selection of clothing lacking compared to what I found at the Jeffersonville store a month or so ago. I did manage to score a couple of tees at 50% off but that was it. I guess I will just "have to" for research purposes solely (wink wink) go back in a month to see if they have new stock in the store. Rough job, somebody has to do it.

Sure there are a few stores I cannot shop closer to home, so coming to Tanger in Columbus makes sense if we are in the area. The common spaces are kept clean and there is plenty of parking with quick highway access, so that's a plus.

I contacted customer service and they issued me a credit for slightly more than half what I paid for the pants - which I used to purchase a replacement pair. Within a couple of months, the replacement pair fell apart as well. I work in an office and do not engage in the type of activity that would merit this type of damage. Simply put, the quality is extremely poor, especially for the price point. This used to be a premium brand, but is now just as cheaply made as anything you would find in a big box store. I would recommend taking your money somewhere that sells higher quality apparel and actually values their customers.

He was great he found what I was looking for right away, however, not in my size for the color I wanted. He also made a compliment. Great customer service. I went to the fitting room to try it, and another on and wow, the fitting room was a disaster. See in the pic attached. Not only was it a mess, I sat down for a second to respond to an email, and the lights went off on me as they were motion sensors I figured out. Suggestion maybe make them a little longer. So based on that, I give the store a 4. However, if that hadn't happened, Issac made it a 5. If this review helped you at all please mark as helpful and follow me for more reviews around the world.

There certainly were some great deals here, and if I needed jeans, I certainly would have bought some for me. Sadly, they did not have any jeans at my brothers size. So Barbie's favourite Outlets are the Tanger Outlets, and when she was driving from Columbus to Cleveland to come and see me, pick me up no less, she came right by here and was excited to see them, but didn't stop because she was in a hurry to get to me. So a few days later when we were driving through Columbus, we detoured up here and spent a couple of hours exploring the mall. It was delightful for me to bring her here and surprise her. Barbie enjoyed it tremendously and said that it's one of the better outlet malls that she's been to. It's really quiet and we were surprised at how few people were up here shopping. I hope that they're doing enough to stay in business. They had some good deals on, like the VS & Pink store had a big sale, but definitely there wasn't as much money to be saved or as extensive of a collection and selection as there is at the Tanger located in Texas City close to Houston which is our regular TO location. The Tanger of shopping here is that even though everything is at Outlet prices, you'll spend too much. The other Tanger is getting frozen in winter, because it's outside and it gets very cold indeed in these parts. So it's totally worth it. It's a genuinely nice place to shop. Until you drop.
