Nice selection of shops with some great sales going on. My only complaint would be, I use a wheelchair and I just turned around and left several stores because their racks were so close together that I could not get through. If I could squeeze through there was the danger of knocking things off shelves. This is a nice outlet mall with most storefronts filled. Benches are scattered around. It's clean. I went to Clark's Shoes, and walked into a shoe sale! Yea! The shoes are quality. The clerks greeted me and were helpful. read more

This outlet is a nice place to visit a few times, but might not be worth it to come here too frequently. I have been coming here sporadically since they opened, and more often than not, the selections have been more or less the same. They do not have as much variety as their nonfactory counterparts. This place can get very busy, with very long lines, especially at Nike. I also heard a rumor that the products for outlets are created with less quality, so take that with a grain of salt. They usually have very good deals during holidays, which is worth it for me to stop by. Some stores also offer various discounts, such as student or military. I have never had any problems with the service, with everyone being generally nice and helpful. They also have several dining options here and sometimes even food trucks. read more

Everything was great! Service at all the stores was amazing! Journeys, Coach, Merrill, Sperry, Bath & Body were just some of the highlights!

I am a bit ambivalent towards this outlet mall. It is a nice outlet mall, and I appreciate the public seating it has, when you rest in between shopping. It also is very convenient in regards to the amount of different stores it has. That said, many of the shops charge way higher than outlet prices. You will find some good deals, but most of the time, you can find better prices in other outlet malls or online. read more

This is only the 2nd time I've visited the Tanger Outlet Mall in Sunbury. Unlike the only other outlet mall that I've visited this year, the Tanger Mall had very few vacant storefronts and appeared to be thriving. The outlet mall includes all of the usual outlet mall "regulars", i.e. Nike, Addidas, Northface, Levi, Coach, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, Columbia, Under Amour, J. Crew, Old Navy and Polo Ralph Lauren (sorry if I missed any of the mall "standbys"). Years ago, it seemed that you could find some "real deals" at the outlet malls but the pricing here did not seem to be especially "special". If you shop the store specials at your regular mall and suburban stores, you can probably do just as well. That said, the outlet mall gives you an opportunity to shop a WIDE variety of stores in one location. So, if you're looking to "shop" and want to have some variety - this is the place. If you're looking for bargains, the pricing here is not overly special - in my humble opinion. read more

Ehhhh, this outlet mall is ok. I'm not sure I would trek thirty minutes to come back again but it had some nice qualities. For starters it's right off the interstate, easy to access and there's plenty of park. Part of it is also covered which is convenient because it was raining during my visit. The stores I visited were Sperrys, Express, American Eagle, and Nike. That's about all that piqued my interest. As for the other options, I noticed Hot Topic, Old Navy, Michael Kors, and Yankee Candle, to name a few. Nothing in the shops I visit were truly marked down to what I would consider to be outlet mall prices. That was a bummer. I saved just about the same amount of money I spent on gas to get here. I can see this being a hit around the holidays or back to school shopping but that's about it. read more

I was only here once in the first few years of opening. I went a few months ago again to go to the Vera Bradley store and was surprised! There were so many more stores now and good deals. I am able to shop for clothes, shoes and more for both me and my kids. Parking was easy. It still needs more food options, but if you like Auntie Anne's there are two locations. I went here to see if I could find some new shoes as I had Adidas and they were wearing out. Due to the storms the day before the power was out and they opened late at noon so I had to go to another store first. I will say that when I called a few days before, the customer service provided was amazing, so they have that going for them. The reason for the 4 stars is no one greeted me when I finally walked in, they don't really have a great area to try on shoes they just have 2 little small benches in the back of the store (See the picture) I think that could be improved and well I just felt more helped at the previous store I went too. I could not find anything I really liked, so due to that and already kinda finding something at the other place, I didn't purchase anything. I would also say in general the prices here are higher than most of the other outlet stores. They have a lot of Adidas stuff, though, from shirts to bags, shoes, and jackets. The convenience of having so many shops located together is great. Had a nice time visiting this mall when in the area. We enjoyed walking around and shopping at different stores. Felt safe shopping here as they were maintaining social distancing, mask wearing and sanitizing. They also limit customers store occupancy. Parking is easy if you have membership there. You can park it in the privileged parking area. read more

I have been shopping here since 4 years now. Absolutely love it. The carry great selection of stores and have good deals all year round. Tanger members can get a coupon book from the shopper services for additional discounts. There have few food options in the outlets but have Starbucks onsite which is a win-win situation. read more

I've just recently visited this outlet mall - actually twice in the past month. They have a nice selection of stores, and a few of them had lines waiting to enter since they are limiting the number of people. Although I had to kill time for an hour since they opened later, I was really happy with the Banana Republic selection and found some great pieces. I was not able to find what I wanted at the Adidas store, but will have to keep checking back. It's easy access from 71, with lots of parking. read more

I'm glad it's closer than it was in Washington Court House however when I go I don't find really great deals going doing the week while everyone's at work is usually the best time for me but I don't find great deals when I go. Parking is excellent even at night it's well lit It's really not any unlit spots. As far as places to eat just places to grab and go as you shop and things of such. I just haven't been very lucky in finding great deals even the one in Washington Court House. I do like the open canopies plenty places to sit outside It's really not a bad facility I just don't find the deals that I thought I would every time I go. This is a really solid outlet mall that makes for a quick trip from Columbus. It is easily located off of I-71 and has very clear signage so it is easy to locate. The parking lot is huge and I have never had any trouble finding a parking spot, even when it was very crowded. The best part about this outlet mall is that I always find crazy good deals here. Recently bought a $200 dress for $35! They always have sales going on, and most of the stores carry current merchandise (same as what you find online). On my most recent visit, a couple of my favorite stores were low on womens clothing inventory due to Covid shipping delays. The only real negative here is the food options. Basically there are none, if you do not want an Auntie Anne's pretzel. Pack a snack if you need a mid shopping pick-me-up! If you are not hungry, this makes for a fun afternoon of retail therapy. read more

Visited the Tanger outlets last Saturday for the first time and it was a great experience. I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of deals but my son grows fast and was in need of winter and fall clothes. Some of the stores are just regular clothing stores and not outlet but still have deals for example Bath and Body works is not an outlet but their candles were $10 off and they had the new fall collection! The Columbia Outlet had some of the best finds. They had half off pretty much everything in the store and I got the most adorable fleece coat for my little one for only $18. Got my husband a winter coat for $69. I scored a pair of Uggs for half off and found a ton of great finds at the Gap factory outlet and my son is pretty much set for fall and winter. Not sure if they have sales this great all the time or we just came on a good day. There aren't tons of places to eat but they have an Annie Anne's Pretzels and a play ground. My mom was also impressed with the Kate Spade Outlet. So many awesome options, I'm probably forgetting to mention but I definitely recommend! read more

Tanger has always been a hit or a miss for me, sometimes they have a lot in stock or stores are extremely empty. Multiple stores I went in this year, the employees do not even speak to you, look at you or thank you for business, etc. Other stores are extremely kind and helpful and I will be back to those. Many stores have their fitting rooms conveniently closed, which I find ironic, especially when you go in-person shopping. Many stores use their fitting rooms as storage closets, which is sad to see when customers drive out for business. Just never have high hopes coming here, you never know if you will find what you are looking for. read more

Decent open-air outlet mall with a large selection of stores and rotating food vendors. The quality of the stores varies greatly, from very organized and professional locations like Maurice's and Yankee Candles to the worst Hollister and Claire's I've ever been to. There are maps posted, which is definitely helpful if you're not a regular or directionally challenged. This is NOT a discount outlet, although it had great deals several years back. Had a great day at the outlet. Most stores suggest that customer's wear a mask and all the staff at the stores we visited had masks on. It felt very comfortable shopping. Brenda in guest services was wonderful! We visited her to pick up our coupon book and at the end of the day to collect our reward. However, the bathroom we visited was gross. Toilet paper all over the floor and the lock on my stall didn't lock. read more

Very nice outlet mall that is easy to find off I-71! This mall has pretty much everything I could ask for such as Ralph Lauren, bath and body works, express, Kate spade, Victoria's Secret, old navy, under armor, Nike, etc. Whatever you are looking for, I'm sure you can find here! Most stores usually have good deals going on. There are not too many food options (only auntie Anne's, subway and a pizza shop I believe) and parking can get crazy but it's a nice change up coming here vs Easton/Polaris. I took my son last weekend to get some summer clothes, I will say that the store selection is pretty good. I don't know that I'd say all of the stores have outlet prices. Covered outdoor seating is nice, easy to find restrooms. I don't understand why outlets don't have more food and beverage options, this on does that a Starbucks and two Auntie Anne's. Plenty of parking, be prepared to walk though, the signage and maps are great for locating stores. read more

This is my favorite outlet mall in Ohio. I usually find the best deals here. It's in a great location so if you can't find what you're looking for here, Polaris Mall is about 20 minutes away. They usually have some pretty cool pieces in the store that would cost double the price at the regular store. Some of my favorite places to shop here are Adidas, Nike, Kirkland's, Journey's, Express and Coach. read more
