She basically argued with me about the function of the bag, which left me not wanting the purse or to shop at this store. There is also a lack of variety of bags and absolutely no luggage, which I have found at other Kate Spade Outlets. The store manager was super friendly, and showed me how to hold and play the bowl/mallet to get the best tone from the rim: effectively, a free music lesson.
