There certainly were some great deals here, and if I needed jeans, I certainly would have bought some for me. Sadly, they did not have any jeans at my brothers size. That's a bummer, wish they would have clothes for larger guys, but sadly they didn't. Still, I would make the trip again if I lived in the area to get the prices they had here for Levi Jeans.

So Barbie's favourite Outlets are the Tanger Outlets, and when she was driving from Columbus to Cleveland to come and see me, pick me up no less, she came right by here and was excited to see them, but didn't stop because she was in a hurry to get to me. So a few days later when we were driving through Columbus, we detoured up here and spent a couple of hours exploring the mall. It was delightful for me to bring her here and surprise her. Barbie enjoyed it tremendously and said that it's one of the better outlet malls that she's been to. It's really quiet and we were surprised at how few people were up here shopping. I hope that they're doing enough to stay in business. They had some good deals on, like the VS & Pink store had a big sale, but definitely there wasn't as much money to be saved or as extensive of a collection and selection as there is at the Tanger located in Texas City close to Houston which is our regular TO location. The Tanger of shopping here is that even though everything is at Outlet prices, you'll spend too much. The other Tanger is getting frozen in winter, because it's outside and it gets very cold indeed in these parts. So it's totally worth it. It's a genuinely nice place to shop. Until you drop. Me a line. So we can netflix. And chill.

I particularly like the back walls of clearance shoes and the seasonal sales. The staff are very helpful. The nice lady that helped me today offered to check stock to see if they had what I was looking at in the size I wanted. The best part, the lines move quite fast. Overall, this store is great

I came to this Nike Factory Store because my younger brother needed some new sneakers. I actually ended up buying myself a pair, even though I didn't really need any because of the great prices here. I got a pair of Nike Air Visi Pro VI for less than $40! What!?!? That's super cheap! Put them in my closet when I got home because I know I will eventually use them. Be warned, though, the line is gigantic. I spent a good 30 minutes waiting to get to the front of the line. Don't expect to shop here and not wait. Still for these prices, worth it!

This time it was a pitstop on the way back from Ren Fest. A place to eat and get off the road. And for Kid K to shop. I told her it would probably be busy since it was an outlet mall on a Saturday. It was not. Hardly anyone there. Half the stores were gone, empty, and a fair number of those still there were not open. We went to Carter's, TJ Maxx, BBW, and Pottery Barn. All huge, all with lots of interesting items. Most not at great prices, but a few real deals. Service at each was friendly. Not super easy to find each store, though there are signs at the end of each row. Easiest way to get around was to look at Yelp and see where each store was. No food to speak of in the mall. Fast food and a few other places out at the road. Restrooms were clean. And amusing (see pic.) The outlet down 71 slowly withered and died. This doesn't look that bad. Yet. It'll probably be years before I'm back, and I am not betting on it being open then...

In my humble opinion, outlet malls are a good place to shop if you looking for a nice variety of merchandise from a wide array of retailers but it's not a particularly good place to find bargains. In their heyday, outlet malls offered seconds, overruns, etc. and offered some bargain pricing. Now, it seems that outlet malls are just another place selling the same merchandise as in regular stores.

The store is nicely laid out. Clothes up front, jackets in the back. I did find a jacket I liked, but there was no other in a medium/large. I settled on my second pick, and that was that. Prices where 50% off jackets, and my particular one, since it said it was a "new style" got an extra 10% off additional. Happy face. Employees weren't exactly knowledgeable about the different attributes that set apart each from the next, but they were young and polite in helping getting down high up jackets to try on, and then again in the check-out process.
