I recently had a horrible experience at a suit shop downtown (I absolutely hated that place!), but…read morethen I decided to check out this Harry Rosen outlet that people online kept talking about. Long story short, the customer service (I was helped by Evan) was second to none. I felt like a king here. Not pushy at all, great advice in terms of fit, and I felt very comfortable. After experiencing the worst experience of my life at Tom's Place (used car sales men who sells suits), I was so happy to be here. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size, otherwise, I would have gladly paid an extra $400 just to buy a brand name suit with Evan. And surprisingly, the selection of suits (and other clothes and accessories) were very good! Although, they do carry "out of season" clothes, they're just as good as in season, especially with the prices. Definitely recommend checking out!

It wasn't until I came to the cash desk with an armful of pocket squares, socks, and ties that some guy scooped me up and, I'm sure, happily took the commission. The selection of merchandise is fine for most demographics, though Harry's is traditionally a more conservative bunch than their Holts counterparts. The outlet is no exception to that rule, just that there appear to be a lot more gaudy units in stock. I happen to like gaudy dress furnishings so we paired well in that regard. Heartland is a crap mall to begin with and I don't think Harry's Outlet brings much of anything to draw me back here.

Yes it's a good sale ... if you could even find something. So many clothes were thrown about, nothing was in a place that made sense, and if you did want to buy something, the crazy part there was a line up of at least 16 people. Forget even trying something on... I think half the rooms had other people stuff from who knows when. Something tells me they're seriously understaffed. I find this store to be one of the smallest Zara in the GTA and with the most casual lower end items. Save your sanity and your dollars and head over to Yorkdale or Sherway. At least they dont look like a fashion bomb went off.

ALSO, if you look at my reviews, I NEVER review retail places, but my experience was so terrible, I have to write a review. I was gonna go in on the horrible customer service I had here at the square one location, but it's been a few days and I'm choosing my words a little more carefully now lol. The person doing my return blamed ME for making her life difficult (actual words) because she got some sort of error message on her register when processing my return? She said verbatim "if you purchased it online, you should do an online return". Ummm ma'am, then why do they give us the the option to return online purchases in store? I'm exercising that option. As if I purposely went in that day to make her life difficult and put that error message on her computer? Mind you, I was being very nice and very patient the whole time, as I would never be rude to a retail person. She was just rude for literally no reason. We even had to ASK her to call the manager to see if maybe they could help. Like....wouldn't you think to call the manager yourself in the first place, if there's something happening on the register that you don't understand? Common sense is not so common. Anyways, a manager eventually came and was much nicer and much more helpful. So that was appreciated. Although upon arriving home and calling customer service to make sure a refund was in process, I come to find out it wasn't. *eye roll*. So now internal needs to investigate blah blah blah....ya I'm never shopping there again. Defs on my boycott list.

It's a good place to get suits for a good price, they seemed to be fine quality, average normal…read moresuits. Ofcourse for this price you aren't getting designer suits but they're surprisingly nice, needed some for a wedding this past summer and because of their sale deals it was really beneficial and lucky that I needed 2 for my sons, so we ended up getting discounts thanks to how many we bought. The sales seem constant, always having some sort of deal on so that's also good. The staff working was actually really helpful, I know nothing about men's clothes or suits and the man working there was very helpful in pointing out what a good fit should look like and all sorts of little details when my sons tried them on so I was thankful for his input. The only thing I would say is watch out on some things like the hoodies with the fleece on the inside they can be not so good quality, we got two of them at the same time we got the suits and they both shrunk in the wash which was probably my fault but it didn't say any special washing directions on the tag and one had started unraveling at a seam the first time it was worn so I had to sew it up a little tighter to ensure the thing didn't fall apart when worn, but that was for nothing as in the end they shrunk after a wash and were too small to wear anymore so had to be donated. The suits however were perfectly fine and I'd recommend to stop by and pick up dress clothes here if you need a suit and don't want to drop a lot of money on it, I certainly wasn't going to spend several hundreds per suit, when I needed 2 of them, on one wedding and no other purpose for them so I'm happy we went here and got them for a deal rather than going to Harry Rosen or something and spending 700$ per suit. Definitely not for just one wedding outfit!

RW&Co is part of the Reitman's family and caters towards the moderately trendy young professionals…read more I think of it as being a cross between Gap casual with a slight spin towards office wear of Banana Republic. The store hasn't changed much over the year and neither have the style. It's mostly office casual with the occasional piece that says 'suitable for a lunch date'. Most days the store is clean with all pieces nicely displayed. There's no confusion on what you're looking at unless you're looking at the clearance section. That rack is usually a mess and a half with random sizing every where. That being said, you can easily find some good finds with items being at least 50% off. As for the quality, I would say it's decent... you wont find luxury materials or really nice tailoring. It has a super reasonable price point (sweaters start from $40 and can hit upwards to $55) and I wouldn't expect merino wool. Things do fit a little generously. I think most pieces benefit from layering. A tank here, a cardigan here, a belt, and a cute longer skirt to match. And there you have your basic office attire. As for service, I've found this more miss than hit... no rudeness but apathy may best describe most of the staff. They do acknowledge you as you walk in. For those people who are looking good basics, I feel RW&Co is a decent spot to establish your closets without burning through your first pay cheque. Especially if you're shopping during the sale time frame. Best to check at the end of the seasons and you may score some really good deals.

They will sometimes do up to 70% off sale items and if you go early enough you can get some amazing clothes for next to nothing. I got a suit jacket for $25 that was normally over $100. It's well worth it to stop in. Their regular prices are a bit much but they have a lot of deals if you're on their mailing list. They also do a 25% off on your birthday offer so be sure to sign up before your bday! In August/September they also do a deal for teachers purchasing clothes. Again it's somewhere in the 20-25% off range. They've started selling silver brand jeans and Kenneth Cole items in the store, so it may be the start of including more name brand pieces in their collections. It's a great store for the business professional
