How a business can continue to stay alive in this industry includes excellent customer service, honesty and being happy at work...this store has none of that. As I mentioned before, when I walked in I was asked if I had an appointment, and if I was serious about purchasing a dress...if I wasn't, then I should leave. I was treated like crap because I didn't have an appointment. While I was there, another lady walked in who was clearly middle eastern. That lady also did not have an appointment but was treated like royalty! The fish face sushi girl Reta actually got off her but and helped her, so did Maream...They both left me alone. I then started to walk out of the store only to have yelled back at me "Don't ever come back and waste our time like that again!" I could not believe my ears. The entire experience was awful! I would pay people to not shop here! I hope the store is not successful at all. I ended up going to Monaritchie on 4040 Steeles, those people were a dream! And this location only carries end of the Season item and calling itself Loft - The Sale Shop! And surprisingly the merchandise is well organized and I do not have a feeling that I am shopping in a thrift store. Since it is relatively new, the sale staff here was really helpful. Selection wise though was a little boring, but I ended up picking up a scarf and a top. Please note all sales are final: no refund no exchange!

So much so, that I was actually getting pretty burnt out and discouraged in finding "THE dress". From looking at dresses online and trying on so many different dresses, I knew exactly what I liked and what I didn't like in a dress. I knew custom was the route I needed to go, however I didn't want to pay over a certain amount and I assumed going custom would mean going over budget. After researching and reaching out to different places that do custom wedding dresses, I found that they either charged well beyond my budget or if they were more reasonably priced, I didn't have the confidence that they would be able to make my dress exactly how I wanted. Then I came across Ana Koi Bridal. They have many beautiful dresses already made in the boutique, but they also do custom dresses (which I think is so underrated and should be advertised more)! Their atelier is in Europe, as that's where the owner has connections. Looking at some of the custom dresses they did for brides, I felt really confident in their ability to get the design pat down, using all the materials I would be happy with. Beverly, the consultant I worked with, was amazing! I highly recommend her. She's such a sweet person and really made me feel at ease during the process. She had me try on dresses they currently had to see which elements I like from each and noted them down. I also showed pictures and videos of elements from other dresses I wanted for my dress. She's very organized and makes sure to ask about small details. The entire design process is collaborative, with approvals from the client along the way as it's being made. I should mention that the pricing is also excellent! It's comparable to the pricing for dresses pre-made. They are transparent about pricing, plus their alterations are super reasonable. Some places charge $600+ for alterations, but Ana Koi Bridal doesn't charge anywhere near that. You can check out their website for dresses they carry. If you want a custom dress, definitely pay them a visit!

The customer service is incredible. Don't listen to the other reviews. Let me tell you what they did for us. My daughter is getting married ans my wife bought the dress. Was stunning. My wife gained weight ans the dress did not fit. We were in a panic. My wife was so devastated. Would you believe they ordered a brand new dress at their expense ans had it couriered for us. They did not have to do that. They saved the day. When I hear comments that they are rude and so on, it is total hog wash. They are kind and very helpful. Super knowledgeable and on point with latest fashions. In particular I love Mahnas( the manager). She is so helpful and knowledgeable. There are always two sides to a story. I would like to thank Ida (Owner) and Manhaz foe making our daughters wedding special. I fully recommend them. I would rate them higher if I could. 10 stars All the way.

The floor manager is the worst, she is rude and abnoxious truly doesnt care about the clients. She embarrassed me in front of several other clients. Their dresses are nothing special, after I left the store I went to Avenue 22 Bridal in Toronto. The customer service is impecable found the same dress for 150 dollars cheaper.
