Savory food in a beautiful venue! Hope it succeeds. Unusually high prices for the apps (esp. the $28 small soup). Rating it 3 stars because of the price point and emptiness.

The service is top notch with extreme attention to detail. We were celebrating my friend's birthday so we went all out and did the Taste of Hakkasan Prix Fixe menu for $175. It was so much food but everything was phenomenal. I especially enjoyed the duck, all of the dumplings, the sea bass and beef tenderloin. But the flavors were great in every dish. Between the two of us, we had a ton of leftovers which wasn't ideal as we were staying in a hotel. We asked for a mini fridge and munched on the very expensive leftovers it in between activities. Although it was extremely pricey, we had a lovely experience and I'd love to go back when feasible.

The service was incredibly slow, and our waiter Juan Pablo was unfriendly and completely inattentive throughout the meal. He made Mother's Day brunch at Hakkasan a bad experience. The restaurant wasn't even half full, yet it took forever just to place our order, have dishes cleared, and get drink refills. On top of the poor service, the brunch menu has become extremely limited. They no longer offer the dim sum platters as pictured in the advertisement and many of our favorite dishes including the venison and pumpkin puffs are no longer on the menu. We loved bringing our parents here for dim sum and to celebrate special occasions, but after today, this will definitely be our last visit. What should have been a special Mother's Day celebration ended up being a huge disappointment.

Well we were so pleasantly surprised how cool this place was they had so many different spots to get food all different types. from Latin food, to Asian fusion, to American, Mexican, and so much more including a roof top bar. Well we were on our way to check out the rooftop bar, and I wanted to get a snack and the Neo AI Tallarin caught my eye. it was very clean and lit up and I love the decor. so I ordered some dumplings and they were absolutely excellent. They were made to order and very fresh and very juicy. There were the pork soup dumplings. So good I would definitely order them again. The nice girl at the counter helped me find something and she was very helpful. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stop in.

Without specialization, it seems like their dishes are just ok. Steam Wagyu Beef Bao: A lot of hype and this was kinda disappointing. It tasted like a regular meatball inside a Chinese bun. Nothing really to make it seem special like the wagyu name implied. Pork Belly Ramen: This is pretty solid for food court ramen. It's no Ippudo, but the broth is very rich and pork. I liked the mix of corn and cabbage as veggies. The pork belly didn't seem slow cooked or tender. It was more like grilled. So some parts of fat were a bit too chewy (whereas a slow cook would melt in your mouth).

The highlight for me was definitely the wagyu slider--hands down the best slider we've ever had. I'm usually not a big fan of burgers or sliders, but this one completely changed my mind. It was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The wagyu tataki was also excellent, tender and well-balanced in flavor. The sashimi and seafood were incredibly fresh, which is always a must for us, and Novikov did not disappoint. The dim sum selection was outstanding--each dish was crafted with care and packed with flavor. And the desserts? Easily some of the best we've had compared to other premium buffets--beautifully presented and delicious. What truly elevated the experience was the service. It was attentive, warm, and made us feel genuinely special throughout the brunch. As a lovely birthday surprise, my wife received a hat as a gift and got to choose her favorite--she picked the red one, which made the brunch even more memorable.

From the moment you walk in, the restaurant exudes elegance, sophistication, and the kind of refined energy that instantly reminded me of some of my favorite dining experiences in Hong Kong. The design, atmosphere, service, and attention to detail are truly world-class. What makes Hutong exceptional is that the dim sum is freshly prepared as ordered, even during brunch service -- something increasingly rare today. Every bite tastes delicate, authentic, and beautifully executed. And then there is the Roasted Peking Duck: absolutely extraordinary. Perfectly lacquered skin, rich flavor, impeccable presentation, and expertly carved tableside. It is hands down one of the finest Peking Duck experiences I have had anywhere in the United States. If you want to feel like you've escaped to Hong Kong without leaving Miami, Hutong delivers exactly that -- a little piece of Hong Kong in the heart of the city. Carlos & May-May

I went on a Thursday night when they had entertainment, which added a nice atmosphere, though it wasn't particularly crowded. The food overall was fantastic. The Kung Pao tofu was a standout -- really flavorful with the perfect balance of spice and texture. The bok choy was also excellent, simple but done really well. The noodles were just okay. They were a bit underwhelming flavor-wise, but once I added some chili oil they improved quite a bit. Overall, great ambiance and some really strong dishes. Definitely a place I'd come back to, especially to try more items on the menu.

Dan Dan noodles had so much flavor, chili beef dumplings were thick and juicy, and the pork and shrimp dumplings were cooked perfectly. However when my fiance asked for a check all we got was one of the handheld devices with the total. I thought it was strange when the server said tipping was optional after the tap, and the options were 1%, 3%, and 5%. Since the food and service were great, I wanted to tip 15%, so I changed it to a custom value and did my own math. However when I got my printed receipt, there was a 20% service fee, plus my custom tip of 15%. Being from LA, when restaurants have the mandatory service fee, they usually tell you at the host stand or after you just sat down. I felt like this place was shady although it is in their fine print on their menu. What the server could have done is said "service fee is already included," after the tap, not "tipping is optional." I did like the service, but the 35% tip was not well deserved. I didn't feel like they went above and beyond and like I said, there's a special type of mannerism that I feel was a huge miss about the service fee, which could of been handled more professionally.

You can access the mall area from the left of the hotel lobby. What impressed me most was the presentation of all the dishes. They really took great care to make everything look beautiful. All the plates and dishes were just so stunning. The other thing that really stood out was the service. They were so friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate when servers know their menu well and are able to make suggestions. I can't remember my server's name, but she was just top-notch. We ordered: - Miso soup, (served in a charming, Japanese chawan mushi cup) the flavor was really good and strong. (I hate it when it's weak) - Spicy dumplings. They tasted homemade. Yummy - Shrimp shu mai, good, tasted as it should - Tanaka roll, with extra crispies on top, (I was not a fan because I did not expect it to be deep-fried. if it had not been deep-fried, I would've liked it.) - Peking duck served in an impressive three tier tower that looks like a round Chinese Temple. - Pork Belly Bao bun, this was also a miss for me because I expected it to taste like barbecue, but it was just really salty like they used a lot of brown salty sauce. All in all, I really enjoyed this restaurant, even though I didn't like those two items. Bec But, because of the excellent service, the atmosphere and the beautiful way they served the food, I decided to leave them a five star review. Those dishes weren't bad they just weren't what I expected. We don't live in the area so if we were to stay in this hotel again, we would definitely dine here again. I'd like to try some of the other items on the menu. You should give this Restaurant a try, I don't think you will be disappointed.
