What's worse was her terrible tone in her voice as she said it. No thank you.

The store was neat and tidy, and after I approached her, the associate was helpful, but I left disappointed, and without what I was looking for due to l their lack of inventory. The store associate scanned a few of them to check inventory for me, and no inventory. We checked the options in girls and boys, but they did not have the size I was looking for in either department. The associate offered to order them for me, but I was really hoping to leave with one. I was surprised since this is the type of thing the store is known for. Needless to say, I hope that they can put together a better inventory system so that they have a variety of size ranges. Taking away a star for this reason.

Mike sold me a couple pairs of Nike's that ended up being a little on the narrow side. I ended up coming back and exchanging them for a pair of Nike Presto's and Adidas Ultraboost's. The price difference for the Presto's and the Ultraboost's was pretty significant compared to the Nike 270's, but it is true that you get what you pay for when it comes to shoes. Both of these shoes make me feel like I'm walking on clouds. I was just diagnosed with plantar fasciitis in my left foot and I believe that these shoes will cure the problem in very short order! I wore both pairs out to see how they feel on pavement and I can't even feel the pavement under my feet with these on. The arch support in both of these shoes is unbeatable. If you have a job where you are on your feet for multiple hours a day or you live in active lifestyle, grab a pair of these shoes. Your feet will thank you!

I normally don't leave reviews like this, but today's experience at Dollar Tree Store #10582 on…read more11th Street in Tracy was extremely disappointing and needs to be addressed. One employee in particular, Savannah, really needs additional customer service training. I watched her assisting another customer, and I could clearly see her rolling her eyes and showing attitude while the customer was simply asking for help. That alone was very unprofessional. Unfortunately, I experienced the same attitude when I checked out. she was not careful at all with the items I purchased while bagging them. When an error happened, there was no apology and no effort to acknowledge it. Her overall demeanor came across as rude and dismissive. I chose not to say anything at the time because I did not want to create a confrontation, but customers should not be treated this way. No matter where someone shops or how much they spend, basic courtesy, patience, and professionalism should be expected. I also want management to address the restroom situation at this location. The restroom seems to have been unavailable since this store opened. I frequently shop with an elderly family member, and having to leave the store and go somewhere else in the plaza just to find a restroom in the middle of shopping is extremely inconvenient. This is one of their favorite stores, so it makes the situation especially frustrating. The former 99 Cent Store at this location did not leave me with this kind of impression, and I even recognize some employees who worked here previously. I'm not sure what has changed, but both the customer service and restroom situation deserve management's attention. I sincerely hope these concerns are addressed because I would like to continue shopping at this location. Unfortunately, today's experience was unacceptable and easily one of the worst I've had here.
