Some sound barriers, acoustic panels, or better room separation would make a huge difference. I also wish the store had a clearer focus. They seem to be trying to do a little bit of everything, but some areas feel underdeveloped. They are not really a strong destination for comics; the miniature painting supplies are limited, the other items need better category separation, and the TTRPG offerings could be stronger. Their Sunday D&D one-shots also sell out quickly, and they have in-store gaming waiting lists, which shows there is demand, but not enough space or availability. Pricing can also be on the high side for certain items compared to other options. The store is expanding, which could be a great opportunity. However, I hope the expansion improves the actual play experiences and gives more attention to TTRPG events, sound control, and product focus. More space alone will not solve the issue if the store continues trying to cover too many categories without doing any one of them especially well.

The back of the store has comics and a area for tabletop games (a calendar is set up for tournaments of all kinds). The front desk has the N64 games, consoles, and the handheld stuff. They also have a cabinet that has "rare games" with prices to match, but nothing ever feels outrageous. All games are priced competitively and the store itself feels open, bright, and welcoming. While I might not be a massive player anymore, I always stop by when I can to pick up cheap entertainment or if I get tempted for a new blockbuster. The employees are nice, and I found they give better prices for used games compared to gamestop.
