My experience with Kill Screen Games was extremely disappointing. The lack of care in how they…read morehandle and distribute video game discs is unacceptable. The discs I received had come with deep scratches, rendering them completely unplayable. Selling games in this condition demonstrates either a complete absence of quality control or a disregard for customers altogether. It is one thing to expect minor cosmetic wear on used discs, but it is another to receive items that clearly were never inspected and should never have been sold in the first place. A company dealing in video games has one basic responsibility: to ensure the product functions. Kill Screen Games failed at that most fundamental level. Until they establish real standards for product inspection and customer care, I cannot hand them a good review.

The prices are fair and you'll be surprised to find great underrated games that are on sale for a dollar from over stock. The new guy that I met that's currently working there with glasses also was amazing with the customer service that was provided as I was skeptical and had questions of certain games that I have on my list that I'd like to give an opportunity to run on a gaming system as I missed out on classics over the years as I'm working in on to catch up on some gaming when I can.

When we arrived, we were greeted promptly by several employees. They asked us to head to one of the counters in the back and they would assist us shortly. They were so enthusiastic about the Gameboy games my fiancé had. It was nice to see them get excited about games that were popular in the 90's and 2000's. We overheard them saying that they typically match whatever GameStop is currently offering in store credit. To our surprise, they gave my fiancé more than GameStop would have if we would've gone there. This is why it matters to support small businesses.
