But I miss Zach as he was super chill and was great at providing customer service and knowledge of the games that date back to old eras. The prices are fair and you'll be surprised to find great underrated games that are on sale for a dollar from over stock. The new guy that I met that's currently working there with glasses also was amazing with the customer service that was provided as I was skeptical and had questions of certain games that I have on my list that I'd like to give an opportunity to run on a gaming system as I missed out on classics over the years as I'm working in on to catch up on some gaming when I can.

It honestly feels like one of the last spots in the city where you can walk in and see this huge, slightly chaotic collection of games and consoles all in one place. The Nintendo 64 section is probably my favorite part. They have so many different variations it's kind of nostalgic overload in the best way. And they've also started adding video game soundtrack vinyls which is really dope and fits the vibe perfectly. The staff is also super cool and really knowledgeable without being overbearing. Just don't go in only to browse. Try to grab something if you can, even if it's just one of the anime themed sodas or a small piece of merch. Places like this really feel like they deserve the support so they can stick around.

This business overcharges on shipping & does NOT fulfill orders as paid by consumers. I ordered 3…read moreyarn Yoshi Amiibos that weigh less than 1 lb. & was charged $19.05 for 2-day priority shipping. It DOES NOT cost that much to send under 1 lb., at most $7-$8 but they do not provide any other option for shipping other than 2-day priority so I placed my order as my 6yr old son really wanted these Amiibos for his kindergarten graduation gift. I placed my order on a Tuesday evening & did not receive it until Saturday. That does NOT reflect 2-day priority. So I got gouged with outrageous shipping charges just to have it shipped late!!! When I addressed my concerns to the business they simply stated that they do not guarantee shipping & responded very unprofessionally. They clearly are in the business of ripping off consumers & DO NOT care about customer retention. As a former business owner, DO NOT OVERCHARGE your customers for shipping, be ethical & give the customer exactly what they paid for! You just lost me as a customer.
