I am picky and difficult to impress but this shop has me hooked and saves me a bunch of money. I initially was referred here by a friend to repair the screen of my brand new iPhone. As I entered I couldn't help but notice the giant walls full of phone cases and video games. I was greeted immediately and offered assistance. I' explained my mishap to the employee who then assessed the damaged phone. He then took my contact info and ensured me he would be able to fix my phone. The best part.... FOR HALF THE PRICE the competition quoted me. Not only that but half the time. I returned an hour later to my screen looking brand new. As I was having less and less luck in the northern suburbs, my search led me to the south side. Literally the 10th store I called was Back in the Game on 78th and Cicero and thankfully they had the game with both the original case and manual. Though it was an hour away from Prospect Heights, I made the drive. The guy running the stote was fantastic. He had no problem setting aside the game for me and was very appreciative of how far out of the way I was going for it. He even gave me a discount card in case I found another game that interested me at any of the Back in the Game locations. The selection was decent and the prices fair. I'm glad I made the trip and will likely keep them, along with their sister stores, in mind for my future video game needs.

I visited to look at their funko pop selection and was thoroughly impressed by their variety of pops and quantity of selection. They had pops ranging from sports, tv shows, marvel, disney, anime, horror, and more. Most items were commons but they had some more rare, graded, and signed items near the main counter. The pricing was a little above market value but it's always cool to see certain pops in person. They were running a "buy two, get one free" on pops under $50 which helps on pricing!

I was told you "don't carry much" and "didn't have any right now." 3) you seem to be implying that you're aware prices are high and can then be negotiated lower. If that's how you want to do it that's your prerogative, just understand that's offputting for new customers.
