The parking is fine. They cant help that lol. If you cant find a spot in this giant shopping center or be bothered to walk 20ft you are just looking for something to bitch about. Only smell I have noticed upon entering is the entitlement of some of the other shoppers. All in all, I have been in and out of here fast and quick. If you arent rude to the cashier you might have a better time. PSA if you are doing a trade in with a lot of stuff or trying to walk out with cash expect to spend 20+ minutes here. They don't keep cash in the register you have to wait for the timed release of their vault to be able to get paid out. Its a GameStop no worse than any others and their policy's do not reflect on the customer service I have received here.

The last time I was here, they didn't even acknowledge me and while I'm browsing the different sections, they didn't bother to ask if I needed any help. However, when another person came in who didn't look the way that I looked, they greeted them warmly and asked them if they needed any help, made suggestions and went out of their way to make sure this customer was satisfied. I wouldn't recommend this location because I didn't feel accepted and the customer service or lack thereof was disappointing. Gamestop, it is what it is!

I've been to several stores, most of them being in malls, and I can say that this one is a bit more spacious than your typical mall version. They cram a lot of fan-focus merch between all the video game displays but it shouldn't be a problem to navigate unless they're super busy. Today's visit there were maybe a half dozen others in the store and they had plenty of staff to handle it. Usual Gamestop selection on the major console games. If it's Xbox One, PS4, or Wii U, you'll probably find it here. The Nintendo Switch, while smaller, is prominently featured near the front. The biggest difference between the Gamestops of today and the past is the selection of Apparel. Graphic Tees, Snapback Hats, even bedroom slippers, and accessories. With the advent of buying PC games on Steam and downloading games on consoles, this is a great way for them to add revenue. All of the swag I saw seemed of good quality as well. While gaming might not be at the top of my priority list any longer, it's nice to know that Gamestop didn't fall behind on the times. Many businesses fail to react to changing market conditions and end up closing, this company is still looking pretty good.

When we have questions, they always answer it, even if they have to call some where else to get answers. I have been going to GS Cotswold for almost 7 years now and for as long as I can get there, I will continue to go there. After the sales clerk tried up charging me for a warranty, I politely explained that if there were any issues I'd bring the game back with a receipt, and put my card in and made my purchase. Only then to be told there were no refunds for new games and they'd just buy it back from me, despite the receipt and company stating otherwise lol Shoppers beware..

This location is especially nice because it's two stories and has such a great variety of books and gifts. Whether you're into history, business, fiction, religion, children's books, or even board games and puzzles, there's something for just about everyone. I went in looking for a book on Mongolian history and warfare as a gift, and I was pleasantly surprised by how many options they had in that section. I also spent some time browsing in the religion section, which had a nice selection of Bibles, devotionals, and Christian books. I ended up finding the cutest bookmark to go with my gift. I do wish they had a few more bookmark designs to choose from since there were only a couple of rotating displays, but I still found a couple I loved. One thing I think could be improved is finding specific books. The website does a great job showing whether a book is in stock, which saved me a trip, but I wish it also told you the aisle or exact section. It took me a little while to find both the history book I wanted and another book in the business and technology section. It wasn't a huge issue, but it would've made shopping a little easier. We ended up talking about the bookmark I picked out, and she even took a moment to write down the Bible verse I had on my phone because she loved it so much. She also explained the membership program and everything that comes with it, including the tote bag, without ever making it feel like a sales pitch. She saw my rewards and let me know how close I am to getting a deal on my next book purchase too. The store itself was clean, including the restrooms, and I appreciated how organized everything was. The only other challenge was finding an employee when I had a question. There didn't seem to be many associates on the floor, so it took a little while to find someone to help. Thankfully, I didn't mind exploring because that's part of the fun at Barnes & Noble anyway. I also have to mention how adorable the children's section was. It was thoughtfully put together with books, games, educational toys, and fun gifts, making it a place that's just as enjoyable to browse as the rest of the store.
