There was nothing posted on their Facebook or website saying they would be closed. The sign they posted on the door gave no explaintion either. I'm really irritated that I had to drive 15 miles only to have my time and gas wasted.

Every time I purchase a new or refurbished pair for my kids, the person working pushes the warranty claiming the warranty covers everything. Well this is not true, what you get with a warranty depends on the person working. And of course every time we need to cash in on that warranty we are told no, that whatever is wrong with our headphones is not covered?? To me, the problem is the employees, I'm so sick of being told the warranty will cover ANY damage and then trying to exchange and being told Oh wait, the warranty doesn't cover this. GameStop please explain to your employees the warranty does not cover EVERYTHING! Due to this lack of communication I will not be returning to your store! You have lost our business!

This was a great spot for me to pick up some nice Blouvenirs (if you will) so my family and friends can show their Tiger Spirit! Get all things Tiger here, including tees, hats, onesies, magnets, mugs, license plate covers and anything you can think of, really. They do a textbook buyback here as well. Staff is super helpful and friendly, and found the correct size for a shirt I wanted in the storeroom. Nice! Next time March Madness comes around, I shall be ready!
