Too bad I didn't go to a nearby school as they have plenty of SEC school logo gear. They also have a great outdoor gear and business casual stuff, including great brands like Orvis and Southern marsh. I was really disappointed with my experience at this bookstore. From the moment my friends and I…read morewalked in, the owner kept giving us nasty looks and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. It honestly felt like we were being judged and profiled for no reason. We weren't being loud or disruptive -- just browsing like any other customers -- yet we were treated with suspicion and disrespect the entire time. A bookstore should feel welcoming and inclusive, especially for young readers, and this experience was the complete opposite. I hope management takes customer treatment more seriously, because no one should feel judged or unwelcome just for walking into a store. she also has an eye problem maybe keep your eyes in the front of your head next time.

Let me get to my one beef: Bwyond the usual (and sometimes charming) disarray on the shelves, the place is frankly in need of a good scrubbing. Batches of used and rather junky items share shelves with new material. I love their book section, and have bought many items there. Railroaders and plastic modelers will find themselves well served here. (I do wish, though, that they offered something for philatelists.) Knowledgeable staff, good atmosphere, and--a feature I much like--they don't bug you while you browse. altogether a great way to while away a couple of hours on a Saturday morning.

The good thing is that whatever you need last minute, chances are they will have it. I was looking for straps to attach to an outfit, and they had them, when nobody else would. The not so good side is that unlike other beauty supply companies, they will not do exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. So, please make sure whatever you are buying is what you truly want. They don't care and do not do refunds, exchanges or in store credits. So just due to overpricing, the refund, credit or exchange policy, plus the attitude that came with the refund or exchange issue, the score took a well deserved decrease.

The mini golf course was very family friendly. Free for the 3 year old and only $12 for the wife and I. I'm pretty sure it was 18 holes and it was just really nice. You pay for golf at the comic book counter. I liked that they had some cheap comics for small children on a shelf down low where little kids can pick one. There are a few arcade games. Not much for the toddler ages though. There's a movie theatre room for about 15 people that you can rent for $15 an hour I think they said. Bring your own dvds and video games. There's private areas for events and there's a patio outside for those nice days at the park. I believe I saw on Facebook where they plan on growing a corn maze, but looks like they never planted it. There is no beer, but they told me they are working on that and plan to have some soon. It is also worth mentioning that there is no cell service at all in the building and no WiFi either. I forgot to try my phone outside. You'll have to leave the Internet at home. We had heard the pizza was really good but my wife and I both were underwhelmed. It was good for what it was, and it was actually better than what you would expect from a place like this, but it was not great pizza. Chicken tenders were homemade and the milkshake was great. I plan on trying the philly next. All in all, I like this place and welcome it to Fayette County. Update: after writing my initial review, I decided to take the family a second time, on a Saturday night. We very much enjoyed ourselves and the people were friendly. We had dogs and phillys. Again, better than average food and better than you would expect for an entertainment type family place, but not a restaurant I would go just to eat at. I really like the place overall though.

Not only is it just common courtesy but also it's illegal in our county right now to not wear masks in indoor shops/stores. Once again, I understood their return policy and didn't question the policy at all. But the lack of sensitivity is what I question.
