I'm a big Nintendo fan & collector. When I've came in looking for a game title they 8 times out of 10 had what I was looking for. I gave it 8 out of 10 being I'm looking for rare titles. When it comes to the quality of their products & functionality I've never been disappointed every game I have ever purchased from here has worked & functioned like the day it was made. If I ever had an issue with a game they'd always work to reslove it by repairing or replacing my purchase. If you have old discs (Music DVD or Video Game) with scratches that skip they will rebuff it & make the surface look like new & have your disc run smoothly. In close I'd also like to say I've been impressed with their customer services for the past 20 years I have shopped here & will continue to shop here for life. Worst experience I've ever had a GameStop. Frankly, if the one in the mall was open I'd be going…read morethere because they were always top notch. I went in for an Xbox One Controller, because the one I currently own is acting up. I was trying to decide between which of the controllers I wanted, and the two employees on duty saw me there. They waited until I stepped up to the counter to inform me they didn't have any in stock. I honestly ask them why they couldn't have been bothered to say something when they saw me over by the controllers, and why they had something on the shelves that wasn't in stock? They told me that WASN'T their job. I then ask for a way to contact their manager and their corporate officer. Instead of that information, I get cussed at and have the police called on me. The employees couldn't even be birthed to give me a name for a complaint. I've never had such crap service at GameStop before. I can't wait until the one in the mall is eventually allowed to reopen one day.
