Worst experience I've ever had a GameStop. Frankly, if the one in the mall was open I'd be going there because they were always top notch. I went in for an Xbox One Controller, because the one I currently own is acting up. I was trying to decide between which of the controllers I wanted, and the two employees on duty saw me there. They waited until I stepped up to the counter to inform me they didn't have any in stock. I honestly ask them why they couldn't have been bothered to say something when they saw me over by the controllers, and why they had something on the shelves that wasn't in stock? They told me that WASN'T their job. I then ask for a way to contact their manager and their corporate officer. Instead of that information, I get cussed at and have the police called on me. The employees couldn't even be birthed to give me a name for a complaint. I've never had such crap service at GameStop before. I can't wait until the one in the mall is eventually allowed to reopen one day. read more

Not once have I went into this gamestop an have had a bad experience, the people are very nice an care about their customers. Being a fellow gamer it's easy to carry on conversation with the employees that play or have played the same games I have its a cool feeling when you can connect on a Gamer level. All the workers will help you out the best they can at any given time. read more
