This store has always been my favorite store to help me and my son, and grand kids find all the greatest deals if not best if values that any game store has to offer. There's very decent with keeping up on the stock with new releases on games and consoles. They even take not only game trade ins, but they take iPhone trades and tablets. They even carry action figures from movies such as the walking dead, and from the hit game called mind craft. Of all the 10+ stores I've been to they never had one employee act rude. A lot of the employees that work thee are either gamers, game designers, game guru's, or just just game junky's. They will answer if not look up a particular game that you maybe looking for, if not advice you whee to find it. They have a huge collection of discounted used games that the put in bins, if not on the counter. I've never had problems with scratched disc's, and if it was scratched, they would replace it. As well they have used refurbish consoles. That stop caring the play station one consoles, and I believe soon the wii. I have had some disappointments in the hard drives they sold for the first xbox360 ( the white one) one i had bought it for my son, and as I put it on the xbox360, it gave me the ring of death ( other wise known as you system is fried or over heating) but they gave me another or they will offer you an exchange. They are pretty strict about there trade in's. So except a huge price if you give them a over used or damaged consoles or games ( like missing controllers or scratched discs) because they know what is good and what they not take because its out of date or to damaged. read more

Went into this GameStop, low on cash, and had a fun conversation with Dashawn about the pop I was inquiring about. Dashawn reminded me about my points and I was able to get this awesome funko pop. I had accidentally left my wallet at the register in the store and while I was grocery shopping at Winco, I had received a call from GameStop via Nolan using the store phone asking me my name and if I had left my wallet. This customer service was "God-Like" and exceeded any expectations that I had going into this GameStop. Thank you so much Dashawn and Nolan for their excellent customer service, you guys rule! read more

Stopped by this evening with my son who had been asking for a Pac-Man game. Didn't seem like a lot of stores carry a classic version, but figured we'd take a shot. The staff was very polite and when I explained what I was looking for and the consoles I have the associate was able to help us find the perfect match. Definitely worth the visit, and thankful for the interaction because nothing beats seeing your 2.5 yo jump up and down in joy read more

Do not under, any circumstance, pre-order anything at this location or any other GameStop. Order from Amazon! That guarantees it will be delivered on time. This company can not and will not deliver your per-order item on time. The manager, also blames random people for the deplorable actions of other persons without any proof. Go somewhere else. read more

I went in for a trade in, looking up the trade value of my games prior to going to the store. Jonathon proceeded to scan the game saying they couldn't take the game. I initially told him the website says it's eligible and has a credit price. Continued to tell me he couldn't take the game. Went in for a second visit and he said he can try looking it up with the SKU (should've done this initially after scanning the game.) He gave me attitude and was being short with me. Then he found the game in the system and got petty. The whole process of giving me the trade credit and then repurchasing a game, there was attitude. At one point he implied I was at fault for not doing everything as one transaction, making the process longer. When he should've realized my intent to repurchase the game with the full trade credit I should've received in the first place (failed to properly search the game, failed again to figure out I'd be making a repurchase.) Overall the lack of taking the extra step to find a solution just shows how lazy he was. Then when proven wrong, instead of being humble and admitting his faults, he projects the blame and takes it out on a customer. I've worked retail too buddy. Im no stranger to the game. read more

Ok so they need to update there times on maps says 10:00 but they open at 11:00. This being said I changed my review. They helped me get a game my son wanted friendly thank you. read more

GameStop is an ok store, it's the store you go to to find an old game that's the cheapest there than somewhere online or Walmart. I went with some of my friends a few weeks ago just to check it out and look around, I found a game that I liked for $18 and I really wanted to buy it but none of my friends were old enough to yet, I returned next week to find the game and upon finding it, it had a $20 mark up, it was now $38, after buying it because I really liked the game, I took it home and noticed that the $38 sticker wasn't the only one, it had 2 other prices before it, not only are they to lazy to just take off the old stick but it happened three times! read more

Came here to purchase my nephews birthday game. Called ahead of time to make sure they had the game I wanted to purchase available, and Ryan whom I spoke with was very helpful and easy to talk with and very informative. Knowing it was available, I went straight to the store. Upon arrival, Ryan was there and rung up my item, with no complications. Not sure if this is so much a con(bad thing), but it didn't bother me so much but I thought its worth mentioning. As I was checking out the cashier asked a guy who was standing next to me for his number ( I believe the cashier Ryan assumed I was with the guy cause he was Filipino as was I and probably assumed I was with him, but I wasn't ). But ehh that didn't bother me. Other than that staff is welcoming, and store is well organized. read more

There's two Gamestops nearby my home, this is the closest. But I'd rather go to the other one just because of customer service. 4 for selection: like any Gamestop, they neglect their PC gamers, which is a bummer and lack specialty items such as sticks or older games. I've been to specialty private owned game stores, they're a lot better. I can't argue since they are a chain, it can't be helped but I can stay hopeful! For now, I'll stick to steam for games. 2 1/2 for customer service: One word: rude. Most of the workers in this gamestop are indifferent, don't care to help and some are just down right cranky. It's not a great way to keep customers, so I just end up having to look for the game and then pay. That's how much I limit my interaction at this Gamestop. The other one (Sunrise) is a lot more personable or the one in Arden. 4 for Cleanliness: They keep things mostly clean. Sometimes the games are messy, but usually it's because of small kids or even teens being careless and messy. It's an ok location, but my boyfriend likes going so we go here, this place just isn't my first choice. read more

Peter that works here is the man! Dude is super helpful and super knowledgeable. I had a huge issue with my Xbox live and I tried everything I could possibly think of and Peter gave me some ideas that no one else suggested and talked me through the process. It ended up working finally with his help! Give my man a raise! read more

I've been to this location a few times now, and each time the same gentleman has helped my husband and myself with every single question I could think to ask regarding game systems. Never once did he seem annoyed about me taking so much of his time. He's treated us the same way each time, so I know it's no fluke, this (older) guy is just great with customer service. I cannot say enough nice things! I will be returning. I forgot to ask him something. read more

I go to many Game Stops due to my freshman son's Xbox habit. By far this is the best Game Stop I have encountered. I always have questions that they answer and they are looking out for my well being as a teenager's mom. I seriously would have been running all over the place looking for NCAA Basketball 2011 if the gal hadn't told me there was no release date for that game, and they had not gotten word that sport would continue in the NCAA series. The dude a Walmart didn't know that! Thanks guys & gal...see ya soon. PS: The parking lot is kind of a nightmare, park on the side of Panda and walk over. Beware of the Starbucks drive thru those people waiting are nuts. :) read more

I was having issues getting Destiny 2 Forsaken installed at the $80 dollar GameStop preorder price. The website was not helpful so I call this store to see if they have a corp number I could call. Mickey was very helpful a told me that his coworker Parker knows a lot about Destiny and passed me to him while he looked up the number. Parker ask what was going on and knew just what I needed to do. With Parker's help I got just what I paid for in less than 5 minutes. Thank you guys for your help!!! read more

GameStop has closed off this location because of the Covid-19 outbreak which is totally fine. However, I had a game that I needed to pick up on March 31th. I didn't receive no phone call or email regarding on how they will handle this situation. It's already May, it's been more then a month and I haven't seen the game or my money back. Horrible horrible horrible establishment. Their dumb store policy is only picking up preorders from the game you preordered from. This is extremely unprofessional and I can expect myself never to preorder or buy from GameStop ever again. This is a huge joke on how they want you to pay for overpriced membership that hardly saves you any money. For those who have the membership and have their local GameStop closed, they're just losing money and giving GameStop unnecessary money they do NOT deserve. All I want is my game, Persona 5 Royal Phantom but GameStop cant even deliver on their part. read more

Horrible place first off the employee barely could open his eyes and only white people get helped In This store I have never encountered a game store that couldn't help us with a screen protector or a online card meanwhile we had to wait for him to get off his personal cellphone call for him to even help us disgusting place my 7 year old son left so disappointed and not understanding why he was rude and couldn't help us so thanks to game stop I have to lie to my son because your employee was clearly being unprofessional lazy and racist not to mention I'm sure he was on something cause he could barely keep his eyes open you guys are disgusting for promoting this type of behavior I will never come here again read more

Worse customer service ever. They don't even acknowledge your presence when you come in. Then they work behind the counter on who knows what with 3-4 people in line. Still trying to spend a 25 gift card my son got; left for the second time today. read more

First of all my son owes me his left kidney for standing in line for him for 45 mins for that call of duty crap ( sorry to all the gamers if i offended i know how serious it is to you) but thats besides the point. Went and traded some gameS. They low balled me on the cash and the guy at the store seemed to do everything to prevent me from getting more money like saying one game was not playable even though it was . I buy and trade games here a couple of times before. Nothing to good or bad to say about this location. I pre order games here and I hate waiting in line for game opening day at midnight. I don't know why I always come here and wait in line when I could always go to walmart and wait inside where its nice and warm. I guess its a habit for me. read more

For the most part employees are slow, but are usually good for a short conversation on gaming. They typically have midnight (9 o'clock) releases on new bigger game releases which is a plus. All in all a decent place to buy games, just don't come here expecting speedy service. read more

This Gamestop is less than half a mile from my house, so I'm here often. The staff are pretty good. Much better than they were a few years back. The selection is medium-small but that's expected at this tiny spot. Lines get long in no time, though. My main complaint is the lack of midnight launches here. Not a huge deal to some people, I know. But that's the way my schedule works. Anyway, I can buy games anywhere, however I go to Gamestop specifically for events like these. Three times in the past year I have gone to other Gamestop locations or other retailers altogether to get games or video game systems that weren't being released here so I could get them at midnight. I actually cancelled my 3DS pre-order from Gamestop completely and bought it the same day at a big competitor. Will it be the same with Wii U? If so, Wal-Mart will get my money and I'll be playing my system TEN HOURS before anyone who bought it here does. read more

Got the lousiest customer service for the first time at this antelope location. The general staff knowledge is helpful but I came in for a return for my Elite controller. Policy is 7 days if you just don't like the item. 30 days for New items if something is damaged. I bought a previously used controller and tried returning after a couple weeks later, (since that's when I got to use it for the first time) due to the defective condition. There was clearly cursor drag which tells me there's damage to this item right from purchase. The employee (don't remember his name but it was the same guy from time of purchase might be on my receipt) denied my return and performed a very vague and general "controller test". Which is basically them pressing each button on the controller which will light up the corresponding button on screen. This super limited analysis would not detect cursor drag or any intricate details that would deem the product damaged. My question is, where does my purchase fall in the return policy as it clearly does not cover previously owned products yet showed signs of something broken from time of purchase. I use to buy all my games and equipment at game stop but they've lost my business due to there lack of loyalty towards their customers to make things right. My assumption is that this will be a major cause of getting acquired by another competitor or simply shutdown all together. To top it off the employee who helped me suggested I post it on Craigslist and OfferUp because people will buy it since they can't get their hands on an Elite 2 controller.. what? read more

I would rather drive across town, than go to the Game Stop Location. I have given them an honest chance, gone in 3 - 4 times, and NEVER had a decent experience. The Staff has no personality, bordering on Rude. They will ignore you to deal with customers that are spending more money and they are extremely SLOW. They could not even give any time to my 7 year old child who was So excited to spend his birthday gift card. Overall game stop seems to be a good place, but this location is a definite NO GO!!! read more
