2/27/25 Lego store
Carla C.

Attentive staff welcomed us. All were busy working on Legos at different stations throughout the store. Staff answered questions and checked in with us to see if we needed help. We couldn't resist and bought a few smaller figurines.

Such a cool place for my Lego people. Prices are a tad high and I've never heard of a sale here. The selection is excellent. The variety of options cover so many themes. This store is a must if you're looking for a cornucopia of these plastic puzzles. The customer service is to notch. Everyone is well educated on all things Lego.

We went for their "out of this world" workshop. My kids had a great time. They got to build and keep whatever they created. The Lego store was clean, organized and well staffed with helpers. They were attentive and great with kids. They had plenty of legos to choose from to make their post card. They got to keep it. My kids want to go back to attend another workshop. Thank you.

I love LEGO. So I love The LEGO Store too. I am looking for a birthday gift for my friend's grandson's birthday party and driving all over the city from Elk Grove to Sacramento to Roseville. I couldn't find what I wanted until I saw The LEGO Store in Roseville Galleria. Bingo! I don't have to go anywhere else anymore! I'm sure they have something good for the kids! The store is extremely busy when I'm there on Saturday afternoon. So many kids with their parents are inside the store looking for the LEGO they want or waiting for help, or lining up in front of the cash registers. OMG! This is the busiest store in the entire shopping mall! The store is nice and clean even though it has kids and adults all over every corner. All the LEGOs are separated into age groups and special interests groups like famous characters or equipment in the movies. They have a lot of choices. It takes me more than half an hour to make my decision! The LEGO Store is very colorful, and lots of lovely LEGOs all over the store. You can get what you want in this store if you like LEGO. But I think they need a bigger store soon!

This post on Google says they close at 9, the Yelp page says they close at 9:30.

I drove 40 minutes to be told they were closed at 8:30 when the mall doesn't close until 10. Without empathy the middle aged manager manager who was too busy staring away at an exhibit he was building said we're closed after trying to explain that I and my kids came to make a $250 purchase. And we're willing to do it from the window. The hours of operation need to be updated if these guys are going to sit around and prefer to not help customers when they should be open. I'm pretty upset that the customer service was relentlessly sub par

One employee for every shopper. Now that's service! (Or is just taking away from more shoppers allowed in?)

In an era of COVID-19, shopping has taken on a new meaning, especially here in California. When I arrived to the LEGO Store, I found a long line of people awaiting entry to the brick paradise. The irony of this line was as deep as the line itself. Only 8 shoppers were allowed into the store at one time. Couple that with the fact there was also 8 employees in the store. One employee per shopper. That's just silly. The second token for a good chuckle was the fact that everyone in line wasn't even close to being 6 fit in distance. Take a look at my picture for that silliness. So after waiting over 30 minutes to gain entry, my son and I waltzed in and browsed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Don't take my introduction the wrong way, the staff has nothing to do with the nonsensical restrictions and thus I do not fault them for this. My son quickly found a set he desired and we went with the purchase. Again, the gentleman that rang us up was very friendly and made the purchase experience nice even after a 30 minute wait to enter the store. I have seen some negative reviews here and I am not sure if this was due to the store working with the crazy COVID guidelines or what, but I do know that my experience was a pleasant one once in the store. Go visit the LEGO Store and help pay for those numerous employees who are trying to do their part in working in these crazy times.

Suggestion for owner or manager: seating are for parents while kids peak their legos, as a parent I can only stand so much by the time I want to leave, of parents had seating area, kid would have more time to shop & more $$ for you! This store is average size comparing to their other store. Prices usually don't vary much from other Lego stores. Located inside Galleria mall, easiest way to get to it, park your car in garage parking & go through outside kids playground, once inside the mall go straight to the end & turn left, Lego store will be on your right hand side.

Staff are very friendly and attentive. It's a small store, so it gets crowded easily, but they offer a great variety of LEGO sets.

Not to mention they're educational, they have helped both our 6 year old and the twins I nanny better understand their nouns, adverbs, adjectives and verbs! I picked out Dance Mania Mad Libs, since she loves to dance! I would HIGHLY recommend stopping into America's biggest toy store franchise! They have it all from our daughter's current obsession "aka" Squishmallows, fun tabletop games, cool coloring books, kids jewelry, puzzles, baby toys, crafts and even free gift wrapping just in time for the holiday season! I also couldn't help but notice that they had a birthday box registry, what a creative idea for those who are unsure of what to get the birthday boy or girl! Fortunately there were workers circulating the store offering help to guide me to the new location of the items I needed. There was a "buy one get one half off" deal going on and I didn't know, but I also had points which took $15 dollars off my order. Wow. Super grateful for all those deals and the cashier was happy to put me in the loop. I'll definitely be back soon for more cute and practical classroom swag!

This store is know by teachers for educational supplies, tools, toys, etc. browsing through the store with my wife, it seems like most of the stuff geared towards elementary school kids, particularly the younger kids. There is seems to be a nice selection of items and educational aids throughout the store. My wife was able to easily spend the $50 gift card and then about $38 on top of that. If you sign up for their email list, they will give you a free store branded reusable bag. The employees seem very nice. It was a pleasant store to shop in. I'm sure my wife will want to come back sometime in the near future to purchase more stuff. We live closer to Walnut Creek, so next time, we may try going to that location to see if there are more items not available at this store.

Upon entering they have cutouts of things you can take pictures of. Batman and I think another superhero was out. My niece and I took pictures with it and it was a lot of fun just channeling my inner kid with her. We explored the store thoroughly. They had a lot of kids toys and plushies. I was impressed with the amount of UNIQUE board games they had especially several different versions of Monopoly which is one of my favorite games. They had like hundreds and hundreds of them. They also had party games, adult games, children games and so much more. They have books, puzzles, card games, calendars and other unique items as well. We spend about an hour in here easily just exploring. It was seriously exhausting. There were too many options. They even had kitchen toys, play sets and much much more. Great shop. I ended not getting anything but I should've got a monopoly or board game to play. We didn't have any interactions with staff but I wanted to find the Princess Calendars but couldn't find it as they had one displayed on their window walking by. Overall, I am seriously looking forward to coming back to this location as I do want to get a few games here. Probably, the best toy game shop I have been to in a while.
