I cannot believe these reviews. Pinky in the air much? I've been in the store multiple times for squishies FOR MY ADULT SELF. The prices? At buy one get one? Honestly that's kind of on par with a price for two depending on where you're at. To talk down on the store for having bad squishy products is hilarious to me because they didn't make them. Like everyone else? They ordered them. And guess what? I've even had a legitimate needoh product leak right out of the package and that didn't come from the store I ordered it from needoh. Go to Amazon and spend the $5 for the tube of squishy glue. If your kids like squishies? It needs to be had on hand. Watch the video. It repairs them instantly and works. Bam. Squishy good as new. As for the whole the products aren't actually needoh? OH WELLLLL. Get over it. If you want to be sure they're actually needoh products? Just go buy them yourself online. My goodness not everything HAS to be so name brand that you are taking the joy out of toys by not showing kids others. Every single toy has the potential to break, pop etc. Even ones you order yourself. My experience here has always been really wonderful. The people working there are always so kind. I guess I always ask for the squishies that they're out of behind the counter? Because they've only had to grab me one from behind there once. If you can get away from the whole it HAS to be needoh thing? This is your squishy store. I legitimately drive over 2 hours to get to this specific store because of the variety. I have bought well over 10 squishies from here and none of them have been broken or popped or leaking and like I said- I have always had wonderful experiences with staff. my Daught bought a squishy and when she opened it she saw it was popped. I asked they guy up front to replace with another one that is not popped and he said No. He called his brother who is the owner and he said no to exchange... so she just paid $16 for a piece of trash. DO NOT BUY! read more

My daughters were so excited when we walked into Toy Shack. Like so many kids right now, they've been unsuccessfully searching for NeeDoh and other squishy toys because they are incredibly hard to find. Toy Shack had a large variety displayed in the case, including what appeared to be the real products. When my daughters picked out the ones they wanted, the gentleman working there took them from behind the counter rather than allowing us to take the displayed products. We paid significantly more than what these toys sell for elsewhere, only to discover afterward that we had been sold what appear to be counterfeit/fake NeeDoh products in packaging labeled "NeeDoh." This feels like a bait-and-switch. The products displayed appeared to be genuine, but the products we were actually given were different and counterfeit. That is incredibly disappointing, especially when you're dealing with excited children who have been searching everywhere for these toys. What happened to us was unacceptable. read more

As a dad, I'm furious and heartbroken over my daughters being sold fake Nee Dohs. I've spent the entire day dealing with my two daughters crying. They keep talking about it, asking why someone would sell them something that wasn't what they thought they were buying. I am extremely disappointed by my experience at Toy Shack. I purchased NeeDoh toys for my grandchildren, who were absolutely thrilled to find them because these toys are so difficult to find right now. Wish I could give zero stars. Please do not ever buy anything from this store.First of all, it is low quality, overpriced, and they will do anything to avoid an exchange and do not at all offer refunds. My niece spent birthday money on a large squishy cheese that popped within 4 hours of purchase. We would have preferred a refund but since they only do exchanges, we came back the next day and were told they would not exchange since it was not the same day of purchase. We humored little one to enter this store & take a little look around, but I was immediately turned off. It's a toy store for kids, but EVERYWHERE are signs to look and not touch. Are you really not allowed to get a good look or feel of anything like a stuffie? Other people browsing were also turned off by the policy. The aisles are SO narrow, and woe if you try to go down one aisle & multiple people are looking at something on the other end or getting assisted cuz you'll have to backtrack all the way down to the open end to get out. My daughter & I are petite, but we couldn't walk side by side down aisles. The temperature was cranking so ridiculously hot that I just wanted to leave ASAP! There was nothing that interested my little one, thank goodness. I felt I could definitely find better pricing for some items I saw. I went to Toy Shack earlier today and saw they sold Labubus, so I was excited to buy it. It was $43 when a normal one is usually $27.99. Also, the receipt says "all sales final" so there's so way to return it, but of course the Labubu was FAKE and the workers are super sketchy and unfriendly. Yes, I purchased a nice, yellow, and black trike bike for my day. Care and I asked the guy because I bought the demo if anything should happen if they guarantee and he said yes, and there's not gonna break or anything, and so the next day when me and my daycare child is out in the bout, the umbrella is broken and I call them immediately from. Macy's parking lot and from there. The drama starts, and the bottom line they are stating is that I broke this umbrella. And so the conversation between the 2 of us was that he was gonna help replace it and that he needed to see a face-to-face because of the pictures I purchased. I mean sent. We're not clear, and as of this date. Nothing has been resolved, and they still state that I am the one that broke the stroller. read more

I purchased a can am for my son and he wanted to deliver it without the box, so when I told him I wanted the box and everything it came in, for many obvious reason, and to ensure I was getting what I paid for and also that it wasn't something that was previously returned or a knockoff, he questioned why I need the box and said that I don't need it. What?? This place is so unprofessional, I'm mot sure how they are in business. I requested he cancel my order and refund me, to which he refused. I'm sorry, what?? DO NOT BUY SONNY ANGELS FROM THERE. I bought 4 of them and they all came with their head off and there were so many defects painting was off as well as color issues. Mistakes over all would 100% not recommend. I bought the Sonny Angels candy keychain and while it's cute it's not real. When checking out I picked out 2 and the cashier said "Buy 2 get 1 free" I turned around grabbed another then put it on the counter he then said "Grab another buy 3 get 1 free" so I did got charged for 4 Sony Angels but didn't notice till I got into the car.
