Why would a woman who has never played Warhammer review a store that's all about Warhammer? Because…read morethe kind person at Games Workshop took the time to explain the store and its purpose to me, as well as a little bit of the game. And now I want to bring my kids to see if Warhammer is something they might be interested in! I popped into Games Workshop because I happened to be visiting a restaurant in the same shopping center. It had the word "games" in the name, so I had to check it out. Turns out, the store is all about one particular game: Warhammer. I had heard of Warhammer, but I didn't know an entire store could be dedicated to it. Indeed, an entire store can be dedicated to Warhammer! There are kits and mini figures, and paints to paint your figures, and tables at which to play the game, if you want. They have a lot of product in the store, but they can also order things for you, from what I remember. There are also some cool displays set up. I like mini things, so to see such intricate scenes set up is really fun, even if I have no idea what the context is in terms of game play. If you're into Warhammer, this is the place to be. And if you don't know about Warhammer but think it might be something you want to try, this is also the place to be because they will help you out here, and are very welcoming to newbies.

My hubby was in heaven looking around and told me I am officially in charge of making yelp use a 6 star system so I can give them 6 stars. They have wall to wall and several aisles stocked full of product. They even have a buy 2 items under $3 get the 3rd item under $3 free. They have loads of dvds/blurays, cds, some books/manga, old and new games and systems, and some awesome collectibles. The employees definitely were the cherry on top. He was telling us about the setup of the store, deals the have and about their trade in policies (which are the states policy and super intense to stop stolen items from being sold. They even do fingerprints). My husband is officially obsessed with this store and if he could live here he would. We had to go back to the hotel to grab a game to trade in and on the way back he said "I love this place. I know we aren't there but I'm going to talk like we are because my soul is there". I have no doubts we will be back. We ended up getting a few different things and we were pleased with everything.

What was even better was their variety of vinyl, and I ended up purchasing two LPs and one CD. Prices for either medium were either reasonable for used or overpriced, not really in the middle. A lot of their collection, including the CDs, is behind glass, which makes it not as easy for a shopper to quickly check out the inventory before buying.

I also brought three gameboy color games that I love to have the batteries replaced and to get repaired for another issue. Brought them in on a Sunday and had them back home by the following Thursday. It was only $80 to have the batteries replaced in three games, have them cleaned and one of them repaired, and to have my gameboy color fully taken apart and cleaned, AND have a new speaker and screen protector put in. It was a very reasonable price for all the work! My gameboy looked brand new! Highly recommend bringing your older games or consoles here if they are in need of repair. Also has a great selection of hard to find games and gave me a fair trade in rate for the gameboy color games I don't play anymore.

Prices on games not in-box and are just loose are reasonable at about what market rates are. Decent variety of handheld consoles, most of which are in a rotating case. They will clean the game once they sell it to you, and will even instruct it on how to clean it yourself for the future. They also do repairs for consoles. As the name suggests, this is really anything, and it is clear the people behind the counter are passionate and know a lot about the stuff they are selling. It is a little bit haphazard and there are some sections where stuff is kind of thrown together, but that is the flea market vibe. It is a bit of a trek but if you are looking for a serious video game purchase and want to avoid the Ebay nonsense, you should stop by Booth 31 for a visit.

It was a bit of an inconvenience. I would've hoped it was tested before being sold. But it's now happening again, BUT unfortunately I am screwed because it's slightly past the big 14-day return period. I did not want a refund or a new console--I just want to be able to play a game. I cannot afford to slap down $60 for a controller--as the $150 took a while to save back--and playing this Xbox is one of the only luxuries of fun I have in my life. I'd expect this nonsense from GameStop, but I always assumed Disc Replay was a little more personable. Especially considering how GameStop and other physical media stores are going out of business. Now, if this were months and months ago, I could see their reasoning; but they sell absolute garbage and now I have a very heavy paperweight. PLEASE, if you value your money, find any place at all BESIDES this place.

Made sure I was aware of the whole trade in process. Definitely went above and beyond! The store also has an excellent selection of products. From retro games all the way up to current generation. I also was shocked at the value of my trade in! If I went to game stop to trade in my games they would try to lowball me. Disc Replay is actually pretty fair when it comes to pricing. I recommend taking the in store credit option and getting something to upgrade your gaming setup! Give them a try!! Thank you for reading! :)
