This is a one stop gaming store which will guarantees you'll find what you are looking and more with their large collection of products. I was recommended this place after struggling to find a good selection on PS3 games at local game stops, due to their limited stock on older consoles products. I found so many options for classics as well as new games that I did not expect. I loved the convenience of having Games and movies alphabetized it saved me so much time. the value in the new and used games, electronics, tech, smart phones, collectibles, trading cards, gifts, toys, music, movies, anime, and models, was fair and I did come across some good deals too ! I didn't really have much engagement with staff besides our encounter upon check out . I would have enjoyed some more interaction and product feedback but staff did at least stay close in case I had any questions! For those looking for nostalgic games , good selection or collectibles this is a must visit . Game X changes not only sells, they buy and trade just about everything. read more

The manager, I believe this is her position at this business. She's , in one word....awesome! I haven't been to Game Exchange for a VERY long time, due to horrible customer service. But after the wonderful experience shopping there this last week. I will definitely come back! I will also tell my friends how great you are now with this manager. not only does this place have a disgusting amount of roaches but apparently they don't pay their employees rightfully. I was in there the other day and I overheard the managers telling an employee that just quit that they weren't giving her the money she already worked for. read more

That was truly terrible. i had bought a game labeled as 34$ rang up as 48$. I didnt notice until after the transaction. pointed it out to to the clerk so I could get that money back. He voided the transaction but because he would have had to charge the card a second time for me to buy the game at the right price I ended up leaving with no game and no money because there wasn't enough left after the first voided transaction. He told me it would be 48 hours before I was refunded. I got screwed... big time. read more

Be very careful when buying used games here. The last three times we have taken our kids they have the games marked one price but charged 2 dollars or more for some of them. Once the mistake is found they won't even refund your money, only offer store credit. It is ridiculous!!! read more

Don't Bother Trading games here. I've went with multiple DVDs and games from the PS2, PS3 and Nintendo Wii with a PS2 system. When they saw one game that had a crack in the case and saw dead bugs after seeing five of them with no bugs, they just said 'No for trading'. After that, I asked for a manager and he told me the area manager said no as well. Then they tried to charge me for $30 for a used PS3 controller that was USED -- Remember the word USED -- so I said "No Deal. I'm not doing business here. Because I can get a PS3 controller from Wal-Mart for $30 or a Pawn Shop for $5 to $10 USED." So I was forced to go to a Pawn Shop and get only $9.50 for all of the items. Only ONE case had DEAD BUGS and they denied the transaction. What they should have done was said "We will not accept the game but the others we will" instead of "If it's got signs of bugs -- dead or alive -- we will not accept them because it can lead to an infestation." I mean I had 1 Slim PS2 system with power cables with 8MB memory card with no AV cables and controller, 4 PS3 games (Fallout 3 GAME OF THE YEAR EDITION, Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One, Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, and Mass Effect 3), 1 Wii Game (The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword with 25th Anniversary Song list Disc), 2 PS2 game (Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves, Tomb Raider Anniversary), and a lot of DVDs. Guess what, if they accepted the transaction, they would have gotten over $100 for buying for $50. But just one case ruined that. If you got bugs, make sure that they are not in the case. Even if it's not yours. I use to be a good customer for them but not anymore. I was loyal to them until yesterday when they denied my transaction. I bought games from them, sold games. Now I'm just going to use my credit that I got and NEVER come back to them. At first, they were nice. But yesterday, nope all because the area 'manager' said "Don't accept anything that has bugs in them because that is a sign of infestation." First off, an infestation is an invasion. One game had DEAD bugs in them. Second off, if it has bugs, just politily say "Please take the game back" if there isn't any other case or game system with bugs in them. I sold a PS4 to them because I learned that roaches would love to make a home there, and they accepted it even though there were probably some roaches in it. (Yes I sold the best selling system of this generation but you know what, I'm not sorry about that because PAY TO PLAY IS STUPID!) Third, you do not tell a loyal customer that was shopping at your location for three years "No transaction," type deals because that proves you don't care about the customers. When I left, I told everyone that I know about this experience and all of them agreed with me on this: One case is nothing compared to over twenty cases and system that is bug free. The case had spiders, SPIDERS! Those are everywhere so they shouldn't have denied it at all. Would I recommend this to anyone: FUCKING ASSHOLES DESERVE NOTHING SO MOTHERFUCKING NO! Would I like GameStop to take over this company: FUCK YES!!! read more
