They're always really helpful if you have questions about a game or whatever, and they have open times where you can come learn to play certain games, or pick up tips on how to paint models. We observed them greet,help and say have a good good day to numerous others. One staff had to pass over me and did not even say excuse me. At one point I was interested in purchasing an auction figure from the case however no one seemed interested in the sale.This encounter was not welcoming. As far as product there is plenty which was the purpose of the stop.

Staff is incredibly friendly, and they have a section just for local authors. Feels like a used bookstore and a 1990s game shop merged together. Got me all nostalgic and I can't recommend this place enough. Walked out with two self published novels and a fistful of MTG booster packs.
