They seem to have a larger focus on trading cards and accessories than board games and puzzles, the latter of which I'm most interested in. If I wanted a specific game, I'd likely go to their website first to check stock or order ahead rather than visiting in-store. Regardless, I'm glad to have a local business to support for puzzle and board/card game purchases!

I came in for the Magic the Gathering Lorwyn Eclipse prerelease playing Two Headed Giant with a friend, and the entire event ran smoother than a hyperspace jump. From registration to the final round, everything was organized, on time, and genuinely fun. No chaos, no dark side rulings, just solid event management. The Magic community here is strong. Friendly players, good vibes, and a welcoming atmosphere whether you're a veteran Jedi or still figuring out which lands to tap. It's the kind of shop where you feel comfortable coming back even if you don't know everyone yet. Moon Shot Games has earned a repeat visit. Great staff, great events, and a community worth supporting. The Force is strong here, and I'll definitely be back for future missions.

They will not divulge any information about price or availability over email. They don't care about customer service at all. We have been shopping at Saltire for 4-5 years occasionally. My son did their Pokémon summer Camp…read moretwice and loved it. They had so many crafts and activities for those kids that weren't all the way engaged and wanting to play for long bursts of time. They were accomodating to all kids and my son really loved it. My son recently got into My Hero Academia, Demon Slayer, and peaked interest playing Dungeons & Dragons. The selection of merchandise is fairly priced and they have such a wide variety. But the best part is the staff. They're so accomodating, flexible, not condescending or arrogant. They're understanding and break things down for you while remaining honest and not trying to upsell you. We recently went to an Adventure League for D&D on Wednesday nights at Saltire games and had a blast. The gentleman, Gregory, who ran it was very knowledgeable and helped me and my 11 year old as it was our first time playing D&D. Everyone in the group was kind, appropriate, and helpful. It was really a wonderful experience. I'm thankful that Satire hosts these game nights so I can grow closer with my kiddo while learning something new and fostering his imagination.

While visiting a friend in town, he told me about the shop and after eating dinner, we made it to the shop just in time before they closed to check out their wares. What a great selection of board games and tabletop stuff. Dungeons and Dragons figures, Warhammer, Pokémon Cards, tons of board games and a whole wall of board games to demo and play with your friends to try before you buy. I don't have much time to game as I used to but it was a clean, friendly staffed store with tons of stuff actually in STOCK. I LOVED IT! The unfortunate part of some of these stores, and let's be honest, is the smell of the state of some of these game shops. This one was clean and well lit. It did not smell of anything but fresh air. I know that's a weird thing to say but if you've never been to a Con or store like this, you won't understand but if you know, you know. I ended up buying a pack of Dungeons and Dragons for "old times sake" and got the exact figure I wanted. Gotta reward the small businesses for being open in these times.
