Tom Terrific here with another honest business review…read more My brother heard about this place and was aching to go there. He has his own Jumbo pinball machine in his home and he's really into it. So am I, so we stopped in a few days after Christmas. Admission on that Sunday was $20 per person. I was stunned by how many people were there. Male and a surprising number of females. Whole families with little kids were having a blast. It's a huge place with many hundreds of machines, most of which are pinball. They have gun shooting machines, the pac man type machines and my favorite the baseball games where this flapper rises up and a pinball shoots out and you whack it with the bat using your flipper control. My favorite pinball was the Twilight Zone. It gave me lots of time to bang that ball around and it had all the bells, whistles and lights I love. Many times in the 2 and a half hours we were there I'd just go from one machine to the next one all down the line. What fun! The men's restroom was medium size, easy to find in the rear and clean. I was surprised to find that they have a great concession court. It had lots of tables, chairs and napkins. There was a TV showing football. The biggest surprise was the quality of the food. My $3.50 hot dog was all beef on a fresh bun and there were all the condiments, even relish in packets. The food staff wore latex gloves and all of them were neat, clean and wholesome looking. I refuse to eat at any place that hires people with what we in Tampa call snot rings that go into their septum and hang down to their lips. UGH. Get the hell out of here. Not for me. Very unsanitary. I complimented the staff on their food and they thanked me. I noticed that they had quantity control. The french fries were made to order and they came out of a small sandwich bag that I assume was weighed for a consistent number of fries. You don't see that everywhere. I checked the counters and the floor of the kitchen and the entire place - it was clean and the floors appeared freshly mopped. A+ Past Times also had decorations and photos on the walls and my brother knew who the old men were that were depicted there. The walls honored the pioneers of pinball, a very appropriate thing to do. The entire staff and management was very kind as we asked questions and I got my picture taken with the white board stating I was Tom Terrific from Tampa, Florida. My brother said there may be only one pinball arcade that was larger and it resides in Los Angeles. I loved Past Times and it seems like so did all the other people. I highly recommend it for a date, a great family night out or even as a solo venture. Open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Past Times - 5 Stars !

My family recently visited Dave & Buster's in Canton, Ohio, to celebrate our daughter's 20th…read morebirthday, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience from start to finish! Since her birthday fell on a Sunday, we were able to take advantage of their half-priced games promotion, which made an already great value even better. We all chose the Eat & Play Deal at the $14.99 tier, which includes an entrée of your choice and 40 game chips. In my opinion, this is an incredible deal, especially for families with kids. You get a satisfying meal and plenty of gaming fun without spending a fortune. My wife, son, and I ordered Dave's Double Cheeseburger, featuring two smashed beef patties stacked with fresh toppings. The burgers were expertly prepared, juicy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. They were served alongside seasoned fries that were equally impressive and packed with flavor. Our daughter chose the Crispy Chicken Tenders and couldn't stop talking about how good they were. She especially loved the crispy, well-seasoned breading. One of the biggest highlights of our visit was our server, Toyri. She was nothing short of amazing and delivered a true masterclass in customer service. She was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and always seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even had to ask. Outstanding service like hers can elevate an entire dining experience, and she certainly did. Another pleasant surprise was the rewards program, which gave our daughter an extra 50 chips loaded onto her Power Card. Little perks like that make the experience even more enjoyable. When it came time for games, Dave & Buster's delivered. They had an excellent selection of both classic arcade favorites and newer interactive games. My wife and I spent some time playing Space Invaders Frenzy, which was an absolute blast. Seeing my wife dive into arcade gaming--something she doesn't do very often--made the experience even more memorable and fun. Our son had one of the biggest wins of the day on the Pirate Wheel game, landing an incredible 1,000-ticket jackpot that was loaded directly onto his Power Card. He used his winnings to pick out a S'more Guy plushie for his growing collection, while his sister also found some fun prizes to take home from the redemption area. To wrap it all up, if you're looking for a place where you can enjoy great food, excellent service, exciting arcade games, and family-friendly fun without breaking the bank, Dave & Buster's in Canton is a destination you absolutely need to check out. Our daughter's birthday celebration was a huge success, and we left with full stomachs, great prizes, and even better memories.

Very respectable. The burger was big enough to make a giant full! Portion sizes that were overkill. Made me proud to be an American! Joe saved our relationship, we were having a passionate argument about Mac & cheese brands. Just when we were both about to throw in the towel. Joes swooped in and saved the day with his wise advice.

Pros: Great cocktails and plenty of space inside the building Outdoor patio areas are nice Plenty of activities for everyone Cons: The parking situation is horrible - they could double the size of their parking lot and still not have enough If you've never been here before, it's a bit of a 'what do we do' kinda thing. The arcade games are older and many of them didn't work but the ones that did, it was very unclear that they were free to play. We lost a few bucks in quarters until we realized we didn't need to pay to play Nearly every table had a 'reserved' cone on it, even at an off time of day. We found one table that didn't, and despite being there for an hour, a waitress never approached us. We grabbed drinks from the bar, went back to our table and bounced between it and the games. Again, maybe we did something "wrong" to not have table service? Overall, a great space to hang out with friends, but has some downsides that are worth noting
