Joe the bartender was kind enough to ordain our wedding along with serving us sensational alcoholic beverages! The pizza was a 7.2/10 and that's coming from an authentic verified Italian. Very respectable. The burger was big enough to make a giant full! Portion sizes that were overkill. Made me proud to be an American! Joe saved our relationship, we were having a passionate argument about Mac & cheese brands. Just when we were both about to throw in the towel. Joes swooped in and saved the day with his wise advice. read more

Dave & Buster's Canton - Marg Pizza - Sports Bars Near Me - Canton, Ohio

Maybe it's because it's already 830 at night but the boneless wings came out too quick. I knew that was something to be worried about, then I took the first bite and confirmed it... does it cost that much money to actually make boneless wings when the customer asks for it? Or do they have to make 500 of them at noon and pass them out throughout the day from under the heat lamp. read more

Dave & Buster's Canton - Yes, I ordered the dry rub, but they have so much breading with tough dry meat in between. Come on guys.. - Sports Bars Near Me - Canton, Ohio

Excellent family restaurant. This was our first time visit. Yes it was a little crowded but the service was spot on

The staff was nice except behind the bar. The bartender decided to wash dishes look around for nothing before asking if we wanted anything, been waiting here for 8 min. read more

Stopped in on Christmas Eve and wasn't too crowded. Inside it was pretty spacious and the dining area was well lit and clean. Overall pretty nice inside and plenty of parking at Belden Village Mall. Only came in for games and no food. Overall a solid 3 stars. read more

Nice Waiters, waitress and Managers. I just don't think they understand that if you spend $99 on a Winter Pass on Feb 20th and find it expired March 4th is a RipOff!! read more

Horrible experience. All I wanted to do was sit away from the lights and chaos for a few minutes as it was triggering a migraine. Over half the tables at the bar area were empty and I was going to order a soft drink. Staff insisted I had to order food and made me leave. My stomach was very upset so I did not want food at that moment. Offered that I could sit at the bar, but there were no empty seats. I wanted my kids to enjoy themselves and just needed a brief respite. Will not be returning to this location. read more

Always loved that restaurant for the good food they have and the price is very reasonable too. Love the different varieties to choose from.

I want to start off by saying that our waiter was great. He spilled barbecue sauce all never me, and I could tell how bad he felt, and honestly mistakes happen so it was really no biggie. He was very accommodating and attentive. Came around often to see if we needed anything. Even went so far as to get me a discount because of the barbecue sauce incident but it wasn't necessary, but I appreciated the effort. The atmosphere is very family friendly, and loud. I'm certain every game in there, the volume was up to 100. They have a lot of tvs and a bar if you want a drink. The food was really good. We had the Bavarian pretzel appetizer. It is very big and it comes with two different cheese dips. Both are really good. I forgot to take a pic because we devoured it. Philly cheesesteak seemed a little bland to me but not horrible. The fries were seasoned well and crunchy. I only come here on half price Wednesdays and spent around 280 dollars with food and games for five people (only four of us had game cards). If you have four people it is better to get the 160.00 (40 a piece cards) because you get the same amount of points as you would you get if you each got the 50.00 card, and you each save 10.00. read more

Dave and Busters Isn't the same anymore the changes to the place. It should of stayed the same as they first had it. Food is still good though prices have changed as well. Why change when it was a good thing to go to in the first place. I won't be going back there anytime soon .Not sure if the change is a Good thing or a Bad one but time will tell. read more

I like this Dave and busters. The bartenders are nice and they have great games. For food I usually opt for anything vegetarian which isn't bad at all. Definitely a nice environment ! read more

Great service and our family loved the games and music! Our food was so delicious we will definitely be back for more!

My fiance and I had a night out with my granddaughter. Our dinner was great, and the games were fun. We did have some issues with using the virtual card to play games but eventually we got it figured out...we'll definitely be back for a date night! read more

Dave & Buster's Canton - the arcade - Sports Bars Near Me - Canton, Ohio

Customer Service is non existent. We normally go to Westlake, but they were closed for a private event. We were told Canton was open and we could go there. When we arrived, we were turned away. When I tried to speak with a manager, they said that is not an option. Worst customer service ever! We will not be back. No wonder they have so many negative reviews. read more

Great food and great service. Atmosphere is perfect for family outings. Frequent visitor. The menu is solid for the establishment type.

I had been to the Dave and Busters in Cleveland, OH, which is outstanding. There is a variety of games, great customer service, a massive sport bar and is certainly adult focused. The Belden location does not even compare. When we arrived, we pulled up to the rear end of the mall because there is a massive D&B logo. Thinking this was the entrance to the arcade, we crossed through sears and very quickly found the entrance. The entrance was inviting and exciting but once we hit the gaming floor, that excitement lowered substantially; this place was half the size of Cleveland. The bar was small, the TVs were only viewable from the bar area and the game selection simply was not what I was used to. My biggest complaint was the VR. Not because the experience itself but the experience getting on the "ride". At the end of the night, we wanted to use our VR passes and try the MIB experience. When we got there, the ride was down and we decided not to wait so we went back to the cashier and asked for a refund. Evidently, the ride booted back up as we were talking to the manager and she claimed it was never down. Basically, she made me feel like a total jackass (yes, we were told by an employee the ride was down). When we got back to the ride, the line was massive because it finally rebooted. We left D&B around 8 PM and evidently the mall closes at 6 PM on Sundays. Since we crossed through sears to get to D&B, we had to walk all the way around the mall to get back to my car. Keep in mind, it was pouring. This experience was not good... not at all. I will admit the bar tenders were very kind and helpful. I recommend driving the extra 45 minutes and go the D&B in Cleveland because this place is not the same. read more

This is a really nice place. Food was excellent. Staff was really nice and helpful. My only complaint and I guess it's not a complaint really but the games are super expensive. It's better to come on half price Tuesday or whatever it is or you need 500 dollars for five people not to run out of chips in 1 hour. read more

This was our first time at Dave and Busters we live in Alabama where they don't currently have any. I spoke to the kitchen manager while i was there and told him you never know what someone is going through when they walk in. Today i had calling hours for my son and tomorrow his funeral he was 30 and passed from Covid. I needed along with my family a little distraction so the 8 of us decided DAVE and Busters was it. The service was excellent the Host so friendly explaining to us how things worked smiling at us, making recommendation. The server patient quick and efficient never let our drinks get empty. The managers who spoke to us to check on us and they take pride in their restaurant. The food was great. We played games mind you most of us were over 50, I won hungry hungry hippo lol. Thank you for giving this grieving mother an outlet for just a few hours know tomorrow was going to be the worst day of my life. The kind smiling faces the pride in where they work it was amazing. Honestly I have to tell you this place used to be the place to go for me my family my grandson and the kids .. Since they changed hands recently I would avoid this place like the plague it is not going to be a safe place that you can actually watch your kids playing the many games that are there they built a wall to separate the restaurant from all the games they then decided to change the menu to some West Coast disaster We are very disappointed and I know there are a lot of other people that are also including the hired help.. We will not be back and will look for another venue for our family and friends sorry the truth may hurt but it's the truth..dd read more

Got on the waiting list for a table to eat at 4:00. Was told it would be an hour. Ok, I can wait that long. At 5:30 we were told that there is a party of 160 people coming at 6:00 and we couldn't be seated although there are over 20 empty tables. I know I could have eaten before 6:00 if I had been seated 2 hours earlier at 4:00. I won't be coming back to any of their locations again. read more

We knew we'd have a wait since we showed up right at dinner time. That wasn't too bothersome since there are fun games and entertainment. Once finally seated, we were starving. We all ordered pretty quickly only to wait another half hour for our food. Once it was delivered, everything came out cold. Not just luke warm--COLD. Our daughter's meal never came out either, and we had to wait another 15 minutes before someone would even check if we were doing ok. We asked to speak with the manager. As we waited, we also discovered that one of the slider sandwiches we ordered had basically no meat on it (see picture). When the manager finally arrived, we explained the issues, and his response was, "Well, what do you want me to do?" Are you even kidding me?! We want warm, correct food. No apology of any kind was offered, and it took a second explanation of why we were frustrated to get anything fixed. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to remake all of our meals. The prices are about the same as Olive Garden, BJ's Brewhouse, etc. I would go eat in one of those places first before ever eating here again. read more

Did you know it is actually not a law to be required to wear a mask due to COVID. Well neither did the employee who dpoke to me as if I didn't work at an attorneys office. The food was good, it's a sports bar, so don't expect a culinary trip around the world. My wife had a steak salad which was very good. I had the unlimited wings, and they only can in buffalo or bbq....and I lived it. Sometimes you don't need 20 choices! They came in orders of 5, and that got a little annoying. Food service was quiet slow for as many empty tables as there were. Then came the fun games!!!! Well not really. Most of the games are those ticket things, and they have a lot of arcade games that you can play for free on your phone (flappy bird or marve contest of champions). I remember this place being full of fun arcade games. Now there are lots of kid friendly games, and lots of kids there....so I struggle to see the difference between this and that mouse game place. Besides the restaurant and bar...these are more alike. read more

Last night we went to D & B & had a serious issue with my sons card ( wrist band). The manager & several other folks went above & beyond to get our issue resolved & explain everything clearly. My parents took me and my friends here for my birthday and it absolutely Sucked, my food was BURNT, And OVERLY salted. We had to pay $3 dollars to have our game cards and the money to put our tokens on it too!! And my mom made cupcakes for it and a manager said we aren't allowed to bring in cupcakes or cakes, whilist they told us we can the weekend before. The service was also horrible, they say free refills because they never fill up your drink, The only person who got a refill was my dad. Horrible! I do not recommend!! read more

You would never know they were hiring with the effort the employees behind the bar and in the kitchen provided service. Food was just as good as ever and the wait staff was on top of their game. Not to mention the games actually work unlike most arcades. Big shout out to Tatiana and Megan that were behind the bar and served everyone with what I believed to be a smile. Hard to tell since they had their mask on the whole time. read more

To start, even on an 83° day with high humidity, this place was an ice box. Hostess told us to order off the app. But our server wanted to do otherwise. Server was pretty attentive. Semi-pleasant. Felt like he was just going through motions. Bought the $14.95 burger. Barely had any meat on it. Flavorless. Food came out pretty fast. But was lukewarm. I was surprised the beer IMO was fairly cheap for some Sierra Nevada. So that's a plus from the visit. Lots of skimpy dressed girls running around. I'm not complaining about this. But if taking little kids here....might be a bit much for them. Server pretty much rushed us off after we had a second beer. Games were pretty ok. Daughter had fun playing them. I'll never be back for the food. Maybe take daughter again to play games. Doubtful though. read more

Second weekend in a row I've tried to visit and they have removed the chairs from the bar!!! Why advertise a bar if you can't even sit down. We would love to be able to come and sit and relax. Our first visit we sat and ate dinner very bland food, salt and pepper go a long way! Appetizers are good and affordable that's why we enjoy the bar but since we can't sit then what's the point of coming. So if you plan on relaxing alone maybe visit somewhere else. read more

Games were great but service was really slow and food came out slightly cold. I would also expect that you would get the salad before your steak if you ordered it that way. Also when a party and I arrived. Our reservation was lost (which we had set up 6 weeks ago) upon arrival and it took 30 mins to 1 hour to set up a room and seat us. Then it took a 1 1/2 hour to receive our drink and food orders. I honestly am highly disappointed at the quality of service and treatment at a new business. read more

My friends and I were excited for a night out and thought Dave and Busters would be the place to go. We were very dissatisfied with the service here. There was no one sitting at the bar when we got there so we thought that would be the best place for fast service. Our bartender was not attentive. Barely acknowledged us. I work in the restaurant industry and I would have understood if it was busy, but it wasn't. Jules did not do a very good job, she was too busy putting her tips in to pay attention to her customers. She should probably not be behind the bar :/ read more

First time at this Dave & Busters. Disappointed how I was treated tonight. You have to download their menu to order from your phone, so when I ordered my food from my phone my wife ordered food for her and our granddaughter. We placed our orders at the same time and I got us an appetizer (fried pickles). Needless to say my wife and granddaughter received there's but mine food came out 15 mins after theirs. I never did receive my fried pickles. Manager came over said sorry she'd make this right, I just said put it in a box to go. Waited another 10 mins, still nothing. So I stopped a waitress and asked to please take it off my bill ( that didn't happen either ) plus your forced to leave a tip on their app to no server. Being a veteran they have signs for discounts but there's nothing on the app for a discount. (Also has emts, firefighters etc) just disappointed when I just wanted a nice time with my granddaughter and wife. I didn't get that tonight read more
